Horrible experience, they don't even care for customers. I went to purchase a bicycle, and travelled more than 100+km to purchase it here. Waited for more than 20 mins in the bicycle section. Nobody cared to address my queries/assist. Also complained in the cash counter, the guy who was supposed to assist me was right before me and not even interested in addressing me. He was busy in his own world. How come they do this to customers even after complaining. Please train your employees on how to interact with customers. I had a very good impression on decathlon now I am dissatisfied.

Love to shop here as the place has tons of options for a very reasonable price and superior quality. The most important thing i love here is that the staff won't keep following you or bother you and make you uncomfortable when you're casually looking for things unlike most other stores, that being said the staff here are super friendly and helpful and will assist you whenever needed and i think that keeps bringing me back to this place. This place just got a tiny bit smaller nonetheless you won't feel claustrophobic. I hope they maintain this reputation for long long time.

I have purchased my most of sports gears from decathlon. Even if the sports gears are expensive here the quality is good. But mountain sports staffs don't have much knowledge of the products. I wanted to buy waterproof trekking shoe but the staff tried to sell me only expensive shoes available there even if that shoe wasn't suitable for monsoon. Other than this I had good experience here. Their after sale service is also good

Love this place. Very affordable gears with best quality. Its very spacious and a great place to spend some leisure hours. Kids especially love it with so many stuffs to do like cycling, skipping etc. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Infact decathlon' s staff is one of the best.

I will give 4 stars to this outlet... The reason i reduced 1 star because they do not have stock of great winter jackets collection especially for more than -10 degree temperature & water proof gloves but they have similar products on their online sales portal ..Other than that they have huge collections for other products especially sports collections... One good thing i have experienced in this store is the customer sales agent I met Mr. Sreerag who helped me to purchase all other products pretty fast by explaining its features were I had only 30 min to spare in the shop including the billing time... He helped me very well...I bought lot of other stuffs except jackets and gloves..

Bad behavior experience. When a customer comes in and it's the staff's responsibility to treat them with respect which i couldn't find it in mangalores decathlon store. As when i went to change in the changing room, the security there didn't know how to respect and how to treat the customer which was really unacceptable. We are the good customers to decathlon and come often and the security acting like that is really sad. Please look on to that the staff treats all customers equally and nicely. Thank you.

Decathlon is a must visit place for all you sports enthusiasts or athletes! You get everything sports related under one roof and thats a major plus. They have cycles, gym equipments, carom board, swimming gears, gym wear, all kinds of sports wear for men, women and kids! Price range varies from products to products hence go check it out to buy the product most suited to your liking. The only flaw was though they had 3 billing counters, only one was actively billing while the rest two had no staffs to cater to your needs. Hence the queue at the billing counter kept increasing. Otherwise, you don’t have to think twice before heading to this place 😄

The best part is you can use demo items . Almost most of them are available. You should book the ground in the given time slot on their website or using the QR code .
