Breath-taking place. Excellent view of western Ghats. Just a 20 min walk to reach the view point from the gate. The highlight of this point is that the view has a valley, with Giri River separating the beauty point and these mountain ranges. Winter season is best time to visit. Must visit place for nature lovers.

Very Scenic, good place to relax and enjoy nice breeze. My first visit to this place was in 2018, and looks like it has gained lot of popularity in recent years. Had many visitors during my recent visit in Dec-21. Forest department is trying its best to keep this place clean, and every visitor must help.

Strategically selected view point in the Western Ghats providing all round panoramic view of all the ranges, and the evergreen forests of the area. the place is mesmerizing. The winter sun and the breeze entering through the green foliage has only to be experienced. Words cannot describe it. This well maintained by forest department MS entry fee of 20 rupees per person and 10 rupees per car parking.

Beautiful view point . We went in evening and it completely covered with mist. There is a entrance ticket and small shops are there at entrance. You need to walk 10 mins to reach the view point. During weekends it will be crowded. You will get see wonderful view if surrounding hills & forest from this point

The ghat is from western ghats forest. Concrete roads have made to drive smoothly. During rainy season feels heaven to enter. The destination is breathtaking. To view the beauty of the nature then visit during November and December. Rain will be less and can have clear view. Rs 20 ticket entry fee for adults. Must visit once in lifetime.

Mesmerizing memories really superb place which I can't express in words. U can find a place via maps. Better download offline maps. Because network will be not good in the place. The place is very good it's 400meter from the gate. U can see so many mountains and and small falls. Loved the place go in winter season u can feel the cold towards the nature.

Beautiful view point. Drive to this point is also one of the best one can experience. Nothing much to walk . You have to park ur vehicle beside road only there is no proper parking. During monsoon you cant see anything because of fog and cloud movement but post monsoon you can see the western ghats and small stream in between those hills. Must visit.

Bisle is a small village in the heart of south-western India's Western Ghats. The village is located in Hassan District's Sakleshpur Taluk. It adjoins Bisle Reserve Forest, which has some of India's most spectacular rain forests

Breathtaking! You feel so small in front of the giant mountains. It's overwhelmingly beautiful! You will truly believe in the beauty of the nature. Best part almost an 100KM drive through the dense forest!

A must visit place if you are nearby, the road to this place is also really good with lot of views on the way. The view from this place is really good but sometimes due to fog you may not be able to see the clear view. There are no eatable shop or anything here so if you want to spend some time make sure to take things with you. It is three level structure and views from all the levels was breathtaking. The Western Ghats in Karnataka is always a very attractive spot.

We had visited the place early in the morning. There was lot of cloud and nice breeze in the area. There is no entrance fee as such to the place. It's recommended to visit either early in the morning or in the evening. There is a huge valley below the viewpoint and huge mountains at the front. Place is extremely calm and serene. You can easily spend an hour just looking at the view here.

At a distance of 20 km from Kukke Subrahmanya and 55 km from Sakleshpur, Bisle Ghat is a ghat situated between Kukke Subrahmanya and Sakleshpura in Karnataka. It is one of the top adventurous spots in Karnataka and among the popular Sakleshpur Tourist Places. Bisle is part of Western Ghats and situated in the border of Hassan district and Dakshina Kannada district. Bisle Viewpoint, about 5 Km from Bisle village, is popular as a view point to get the beautiful and astonishing views of three mountain ranges including Kumara Parvatha, Pushpagiri and Dodda Betta. The highlight of this point is that the view has a valley, with Giri River separating the beauty point and these mountain ranges. The forest department has erected a shelter here to sit and enjoy the view. Besides breathtaking views, it is also a perfect destination for the trekkers. Bisle Reserve Forest is also situated here which is home to a variety of flora and fauna. The forest remains protected and unexploited as there is no human occupancy in it. Tourists here can also enjoy spotting some diverse wild animals like peacocks, monkeys, spotted deer, and elephants while passing through the reserve forest. With a blanket of greenery all around dotted with waterfalls and streams, Bisle Viewpoint offers an unforgettable time for nature lovers in Sakleshpur. The road leading to Bisle is being concretized currently and it's better to enquire before moving as the ghat road is closed sometimes. Not advised to go during peak monsoon as trees may fall on roads and also after getting dark as there may be wild animals moving. The place is isolated and there are no facilities or other developments apart from viewpoint.

Breath taking views… you can view different mountains and also see a river flowing down the valley. The site has forest guards keeping watch and the pathway to the view point is well maintained by them….50 meters from car park area to the view point.

Loved this place. I went last week and seems the season is wrong. It's better during jun to jan with lot of rain and fog. Roads are good except for 3 kms where there is literally no road at all. I went in swift car and sorroundings are beutiful inside the forest while travelling.

The viewpoint view left me utterly speechless! It was an awe-inspiring sight that took my breath away. Perched atop a hill, the panorama unfolded like a masterpiece painted by nature itself. The sweeping vistas stretched far and wide, revealing lush valleys, undulating hills, and snow-capped peaks in the distance. As I stood there, the beauty of the landscape overwhelmed me, and I felt a profound sense of serenity and connection with the world around me. The play of colors during sunrise or sunset was nothing short of magical, painting the sky with hues of pink, orange, and gold. The viewpoint provided a perfect vantage point to witness the ever-changing canvas of nature. The experience was made even more special with the cool breeze gently caressing my face. I could have spent hours sitting there, lost in contemplation and wonder. Whether you're a nature lover, a photographer, or simply seeking tranquility, the viewpoint view is an absolute must-see. It's a place that leaves an indelible mark on your heart and soul, reminding you of the beauty and majesty that our world has to offer.

Breath taking view of the valley and mountain ranges you get to see from here. It was not foggy / raining at the time when we visited ... So it was too good. The drive here is very nice through the Ghat road (narrow road, so be careful of your vehicle speed).

Awesome place and i loved the cool weather, it's near from the Sakleshpur to kukke subramanya route. Tourist has to park the vehicle road side and walk for approximately 200 meters. I was there in rainy season so the view point covered by fogg.

  • 5/5 Ranjith A. 2 years ago on Google
Located on the Holenarsipura-Kukke Subramanya route, this place is truest serene and it’s a sight that mesmerizes you beyond anything. Best time to visit here is between June to October as the view is cloud kissed and covered with lush green vegetation. The roads are now made of cement, so it’s in good condition. There is no entry fee when I visited recently on 4 Jan 2022.

  • 5/5 Anand I. 1 year ago on Google
It's an amazing place to experience the splendour of the Western Ghats. We took the ghat road approach from Kukke through the reserve forest, it's an amazing drive, but need to be very careful due to hairpin bends & narrow roads, apart from the drivers. But the drive up is worth it , the view is splendid & words don't do justice. It's maintained by the forest dept and there is a ₹20 entry fee per pax. There is a viewing point from where one can try to capture the nature's beauty.

  • 5/5 Prashanth H. 1 year ago on Google
A beautiful place one must stop by while driving through the ghat and thick forest. This place gives you all the relaxation you need while you drive for a long time. There will be some forest officials and they charge ₹20 per person to visit the view point, the view point is around 50 meters away from the main road. Please do not litter while visiting!!

  • 5/5 Tharakesh G. 10 months ago on Google
Awesome and mind blowing nature view from this place. What a mountain range to see. You will cherish each and every moment you spend in this place. Absolute and must visit place for nature lovers. Entry ticket is 20 rupees per adult and its free for children below the age of 6. It is being run and managed by Indian forest department.

  • 5/5 Venkatesha P. 11 months ago on Google
Beautiful place to see the western ghats. One can identify lot of peaks from here. There is a short 5 minute walk from the gate to the view point. Entrance fees is Rs 20 per person. It's free for kids. Drinking water and wash room facilities are available inside. Must visit place if one is travelling in this route.

Bisle Ghat View Point is a hidden gem nestled in the Western Ghats. Jaw-dropping vistas, misty mountains, and tranquil atmosphere make it a paradise for nature enthusiasts. A must-visit for a soul-soothing experience that will leave you in awe!

Bisle ghat view point and the road towards the point is beautiful and definatley worth the drive. This road does not have any commercial establishments and road is small and you do not have heavy vehicles or commercial vehicles coming this route.

  • 5/5 Ashwath.k S. 10 months ago on Google
Definitely a place to experience the beauty of western ghats. In monsoon its a must place to visit . 100m distance from parking to view point. Ticket 20rs per head

  • 4/5 Augustine P. 11 months ago on Google
One can get a clear view of the jungle. There is nothing other than the viewpoint. There's a nominal entry fee of Rs.20 per head for adults. The walking path is narrow but well maintained. The path leading to the viewpoint is not that steep. There are two levels of the viewpoint. At the top, there are few benches for people to sit and relax. Toilet is there near the gate, but it was closed. On a public holiday, there was more crowd and we had to wait for people to finish taking their selfies from prominent spots before we could take ours. The best thing to enjoy is driving through the Bisle ghat. Be careful about bad drivers coming from the opposite direction. However, the road conditions are very good. Lots of curves. Couples of more places to stop to get a good view on the way. There are no hotels nearby. Parking of vehicles is on the roadside. There is decent space for parking cars nearby because of the low number of visitors. Even though the road is narrow, cars can be managed to park. There are few trees to provide shade to the cars. No street vendors outside and no monkeys as well.

  • 5/5 Srinivasa S. 4 years ago on Google
Beautiful spot in the ghat road in the Bisle state forest area. The road is narrow. So, stopping here for a longer duration will cause problems to passing vehicles. So please be considerate about this. And please do not litter. Help preserve the beauty of the place!
