I went to purchase mobile by calling them buy inside the store i had worst experience one of the employee who attended me is arrogent. And he also don't know anything About emi and credit card or debit card. By looking into my clothes he started judge me very disappointed.

Worst experience at this store. I am a Sangeetha fan since 5 years. Bought many goodies from balmatta and surathkal branch. It always had been good purchase from both the stores. But this city centre store gave me very bad experience. Bought a noise smart watch and it started heating without any reason after a week. Informed store and they promised me for replacement. They said it will take around 15 days to sort out the issue. After 15 days also I did not hear either from the service centre or from the store. After asking they said that they got call from service centre and got a water damage report. I wonder how can they get that when I never expose it to water? I really doubt about them sending it to the service centre. Complained to customer care and they asked me the jobsheet. They made me wait for 3 days for the jobsheet saying the service centre is close or some silly reasons. I replied to customer care with jobsheet and after that even they did not reply till today.. it's been nearly 2 months and my issue not resolved.

Poor Minded Stuff, Nobody interested to close the sale , , after spending almost 2 hours they didn't close my deal, finally ordered from online , better to buy from online

Last month I bought a phone at Sangeetha, city center mall..the customer care service provided by Mr. SWASTHIK AND MR. ALTAF was really good..they were very polite and patient with all the mobile work..my overall experience was great..

They fool u and sell u useless rebranded phones especially vivo phones I paid 21000 for this phone and look at the video and photo this phone takes I wouldn't recommend anyone to go to this showroom because at the end u will end up taking a vivo phone with useless camera My friends galaxy f series takes better video than this

I wasted my 21000 here I ask u not to waste yours I paid 21000 and bought the phone they recommend for photo and videography Just the see the clip and look at the quality phone canr even shoot 1080 video properly These scammers don't even give return or exchange

They don't know features of the phone.. Only they know screensize and Ram/Rom. Bought Samsung A33 2days back It doesn't have charger adaptor. We have pay extra. It's only supports Samsung earphone that to c type . They won't provide earphones again we need to pay extra.. And in bill no refund no exchange Such a bad experience . Go for better ²

I have bought iPhone XR from Sangeetha (City center). My contact person was Sandeep. For around 30-45 Min I was in the store and not even once he has disappointed me. The services provided by him and the other staffs are actually a better ones (With all the precautionary measures). They cope up with us and our requirements. Wors service and worst staffs ,the reason is they sent me another store for an tempered glass and I went there and i done my work in other store they took 750 charge for glass and after that Sangeetha staff called me and told that why you gone there I'll give that product for 350 in another store that I know .After everything I got to know that the staffs are sending customers to other stores and they were doing that cheap tricks for some commission.please do review this issue ASAP .I hate city center Sangeetha mobile store in my life time second floor Don't ever go there they are cheating customers

Simply I visited to citycenter mall so I went to sangeetha mobiles simply for ask the offer and all but I think this is a right time to take...becausephone insuranceis free for all the new phones...I love the offers and customer care...one of staff his name is abhishek he treated me very well

Not good. Sales man should be good on selling good product.. Means if customer relying on salesman, it's his duty to show the best one to customer.he should not be trying to sell whataver they have to empty their stock. On buying I felt it's still OK for the money, after coming home and comparing things,its really dispointing of whatever I bought. With the same price I had better specs smart phone, before paying I enquired, he just didn't answered me properly. Even thigh with the smart watch, it has glitches. Totally upset with my purchase. Even though I had a bad experience with the first purchase, I opted to go . Hence forth it's out from my list. I don't suggest.
