I visit 3-4 time a month but this was the worst experience had in Nando’s. Waited long and asked to take the order even their was only 2 tables was reserved . Served old and smelly beans so asked to change the side which we received after we done eating, grilled veg filled with oil- served butterfly with light weight and look at the size asked to change the butterfly but no response from the employee they just ignored and no one came near to the table . No plate served for bones and received only one chilly on 2 bills.

Liked the overall ambience. The food was also good except for some parts it was bland. Liked their veg cheese festa fries which is basically loaded fries. Service was satisfactory. The staff's hospitality was good but the wait time can be reduced.

I recently visited this place to try their newly launched dish esptada and the quantity quality taste was amazing. They serve the best chicken at their place must visit place

I visited here for lunch. Initially Jenny (not sure about her designation) was very ride and impolite. Was about to leave the restaurant but then Sachin, Manager of the outlet steeped in and take care of our order. Food was really amazing and ambience too. Service was slow and pathetic till the time Jenny was there. She was highly rude and agressive to us. Hats off to the manager who handled the situation after that. You can surely visit some other outlet as the food is really amazing.

Visited today for dinner, food is amazing, service is also very good. But the washroom was really untidy and not kept well, not expected this from Nando's, rest all was great. We are repeat customers, and our favourite dishes are the Ceaser's salad, pulled chicken wrap and cheesy fries.

I loved Nando's The place is nice The AC wasn't working but it was okay The food as usual was greattt They had 3 different sauces And the vegetarian options were also good. But yeah the place isn't offering any discounts from dineout or Zomato.

There was an unpleasant experience extremely well handled by Rohit the manager at this Nando's and we appreciate the prompt and kind service recovery.

Its a pretty big outlet located right in cyber hub. The ambiance is really nice, they have used good colour themes to give it a look of a contemporary diner. The quality of the chicken is consistent from nandos, soft snd juicy as always. We ordered for their extra hot chicken and chicken pulled tigella along with some mocktails. The chicken was great but the tigella lacked taste and was mostly bland. The sides were on point but the mocktails were a little disbalanced. As its a new outlet they’re learning and will surely visit again in some time.
