Excellent customer service. Been there couple of months back with my mom but didn't get a chance to review. As we were new to Bengal, the person showing the sarees has many suggestions for us on the types of sarees available here and they have a very good collection too. Prices are reasonable and staff is very polite and helpful. Bought few sarees and satisfied with our purchase.
