I am very disappointed with the customer service they provide. For the past week I have been trying to place an order and I have been chasing and constantly messaging them for a reply. However, when my message was finally seen 3 days ago and i got a reply back, they decieded to leave me on read again. It has been 3 days for me trying to get their attention again.
