I wish I cud give them less than one star! We checked in around 1.15pm yet the room wasn't ready. Our group was with kids and lot of bags..so it was really annoying.Had to wait for almost 20 mins before we cud get our room. There was a big lizard on the window of the room.We called the hotel staff and they then shooed it away! No kettles in the room for hot water. The restaurant is horrible. Horrible staff! Just one waiter seemed to take everyone's order.Super Slow service! We waited for almost half hour to just get one butter roti for a child in our group (as the child was very hungry , we asked the waiter to get just one butter roti,till we decide the group order). For dinner after the bill was made, we asked for ice cream, but the waiter flatly refused saying that it will cause him inconvenience to prepare the bill again and that his higher up will shout at him! After some back and forth, he reluctantly got us the ice cream! Food is just okay! We didn't go to the winery as it remains closed on Sunday Place is Not worth a single rupee ! Pls don't go.. Other better resorts are there in the Palghar - Bordi belt.

Very costly , place is beautiful but services are very poor Always check ua room before checking in ,AC is poor .Later got a 10 % discount on price due to bad service but still not worth the experience Deluxe rooms are nicely aligned. Have better options in this price.Not recommended

Property is very huge and decently maintained. Crowd that come here are also family/ couples. Very cooperative staff. Food price is slightly on higher side i menu but the taste is good.

Management not so good, washroom are not so clean, too much off electricity problems, food quality very bad, 2 people fell sick next day after eating food. Also its too expensive. Not recommended

The last alcohol serving property just before the Gujarat border. Food is great in taste, but is over priced. Huge property with a good ambience and a good crowd. Mostly it is full on weekends . Service is good but can be improved. Overall it's a great place to hangout with friends or family.

Hill Zill Winery Resort is situated at around 130 KM from Mumbai. I went with my family to the Hill Zill Winery Resort for 2days. The location of the resort is good. It is far away from the city in tribal area. This resort is around 5 KM from Bordi beach. The resort has good parking space. They don't have vallet parking though. You won't get any welcome drink on arrival here. The staff here is less in number, which results in delay in service. We ordered one soup and it took more than half hour to serve the same. There is no gym. No laundry service. No spa. The food quality is nice. It's good for people who eat non-veg. For veg they have limited options. They have there own vinery. And different flavours of wines such as Chikkoo, Rose, Honey. Those who don't drink alcohol for them sweet lime soda and jaljira soda are good alternatives. The breakfast is delicious. We had bread, upma, mango juice, idli sambhar, tea. They have swimming pool as well which is operational till 7PM. There is kids play area as well. We booked delux rooms. The rooms are average. They don't have many facilities such as tea/cofee maker. They don't mosquito repellent. Bathrooms were not that clean. There was leakage in bathroom.

Food is quality is not good. Just order veg beriyani and look rice quality .it's look like fry rice.

Location V.good Breakfast included in Package but it was not served hot.. During dinner we asked for Rice and Dal Tadka ..and they served Rice totally cold and was not cooked on same evening and we could not know how and why they serve like this even after we pay exactly same amount what they asked for So can't advice to take food here

The rooms are decent. Food is amazing. Away from the beach but the place is worth it and nice.

Ek dum mast mast Khanna hai. I never thought food would be so fresh and amazing. Guys i request everyone to visit this place once for food. Chicken Tandi Tandoori 10* Chicken Homestyle gravy 10* Dal Tadka 10* Roti 10* very soft and perfect Jeera rice 10*

The food was yummy and momos are served here which are authentic although thick layering can be done lighter. Wine here is very tasty and fresh , specially pineapple wine is the best. Vibes is also great here.

The resort is a ok property but service is not good at all. They don’t serve even a cold water after 11 saying that the restaurant is closed. I request not to visit this property because they are not very professional and it feels like you have not paid and they are doing Ahshan

Visited 4 th time due to good experience in past. But it's a bad experience this time. The hospitality is vanished. The service is worst. The only word I heard is NO for any request. After paying extra for higher category room, i don't get any service from restaurant. The food was worst in breakfast. Worst service in lunch. Only 1 waitor to serve all the guest of restaurant. They resturant staff is denied to serve tea in garden area. The management have no control on any service. It's a very bad experience this time.

I would certainly never suggest this place to anyone who is looking for a place to have lunch or dinner at their restaurant. The roads which lead to the place are in very bad condition. The service is slow like a snail, even simple dishes would take more than half an hour to receive. Overall, it is not worth a single penny if one is looking from a value point of view.

One of the best resort near bordi beach.. good Ambience.... Staff is very cooperative and polite.... Rooms were near and clean... Cleaning was done everyday... Food was very good but little bit costly.... Good for family and groups... Overall great experience..

. I was told that my room would have several amenities like microwave and a.c. unfortunately There was only a mini fridge in my room and the air conditioner didn’t work at all which is and was a problem in 100⁰ weather.

First, I got in the room and there was no heat. I called the front desk and they said they had to cut it on. I left for a few hours came back and heat still wasn’t on. First night I slept in my clothes to stay warm. In the morning I was woken up by extremely loud guest which seems like they were fighting.

Good Location, Poor Room Services, Untrained Staff. Plus: Electric Car Charging Station available with Payment Breakfast has limited choices. Rooms doesn't have Bath Toiletries, Room Cattle, Hand Towel etc.

The resort location is great, away from the hustle & bustle of the city, close to Bordi Railway Station. Bordi beach is also 20 mins away by car. Scenic beauty on the way is very relaxing. The resort is quite spacious with a huge swimming pool, outdoor sports area, ample space for large groups, separate kids play area. Rooms are spacious. Non-veg food was good but veg was just OK, not many options. Can improve on cleanliness front though. Overall experience was good. More suitable for large groups.
