In fact, our flight landed a few minutes earlier than the arrival time and once we called the driver, he reached the airport immediately. We were very happy with his Punctuality. Booked my trip with Gaikwad Tours and Travels to Manali Trip in January 2023 during a peak time. Every other travel agency said I shouldn't go this time as all hotels were already booked but Gaikwad Travel’s Girish Sir helped us in getting booked and we were able to do everything as per our itinerary. The hotels were nice and spacious and food was also good. The best part was the driver. Travelling with family, that is no.1 concern for us but he was very friendly and had many years of experience on those roads. All in all, a very good experience. Mr Gaikwad connected us with other agent but once we reached there, he never cared about us. His language was rude and he also said to other actual travel coordinator that "inko bus me bitha ke aise hi chhod do" Very disappointed. First of all, we were a group of 19 people which included Doctors, Lecturers teachers and Army Officers. We had 10 senior citizens and 9 kids. We always maintained the discipline plus we also took care of people from other families. Mr. Gaikwad never cares about anyone once he gets his money and he's very rude and provides false information as well. This trip has been a lesson for all 25 of us to choose the travel agent wisely. We never had any issues with paying money but if you are getting to face rude behaviour then you will never recommend that person to anyone in the future. We had gone through Mr Gaikwad who is based in Nagpur but he said to other coordinator that 'ye logo ko bus me bitha ke chhod do kahi pe aise hi" these were his words and I have audio recording of this conversation.

Service they provide was excellent. start from the booking of bus and till the execution no hectic though we were the first time in the nagpur city. Driver was so helpful and driving was safe and secured. No rash driving as we were group of all age group. Bus was clean and maintained. we enjoy a lot in the bus. highly recommended.

Worst experience. I am from Ahmedabad and I have booked 26 seater AC tempo traveller Nagpur to Nagbhir with person (Chetanbhai Preet travels) arranged by gaykwad travels and confirmed booking on phone and wats app written confirmation one month advance. When reached Nagpur it was an non AC and worst condition bus. When I have told driver (Chetanbhai Preet travels) and shown message as well as his own confirmation in phone recordings. He shouted on me and threatened to get off all of us on the way. How we can get off as we were going for my younger brother's angegment ceremony? It was very bad experience and disturb my entire program.
