Unexplored and beautiful beach but don't go deep in the water. We paid 50rs for the parking at the private property and took the steps down to the beach the view from the mountain top is amazing. So is the beach below. There's a waterfall and it's water meets the sea in a winding manner and it's very pretty to look at. You can also try fishing here. There is a shack at the beach. One of the best beaches I've seen in Goa.

A very beautiful hidden beach in South Goa with very less tourists and beautiful and clear water. The approach road is not good but the trek is fun. A must visit for nature lovers.

Untapped beach in Goa, Kakolem beach is a definite worth a visit. Its a good walk from parking, going down through stairs and road mix. But all efforts are worth. There just one restaurant below on beach and is pretty secluded.

Very beautiful place. Need to park vehicle near private property for which you will be charged. Small trek downhill to reach the beach. Getting back up is bit tiring. There is a waterfall near beach. Apart from rainy season, there is not much of water. The place is very calm. Waters may be choppy, avoid going in deep. Just one shop available where u can get food. Less crowded, clean as well. There is small rock, you can climb and then go on other side as well

If you love hiking and beaches this is the place to go. To find this place: After Google takes you to the place on the main road, you need to search around for a ghat road entrance and there will be shack a bit inside of the ghar road that you can see from the main road. Car parking is difficult but there is a place on the other side of the road opposite to the ghat road entrance. In the shack you can get good tasty πŸ˜‹ lemonade after you hike back from kokalem. It is very secluded and there are no life gaurds, so you have to take care of yourself and be sensible in how far you can go into the water. Also it's a great place to get scenic shots of you water bending as the waves hit the rocks on the beach.

Kakolem Beach, situated between Cabo de Rama and Cola Beach, is a serene and tranquil option amidst its bustling neighboring beaches. To reach Kakolem Beach from Cabo de Rama, follow the path indicated by a small board on the right that reads "Palm Discoveries." An entry fee of 50rs per person is typically charged due to it being claimed as private property. After a 200-300m drive, you will need to park your vehicle. While some prefer to park their 4-wheelers at the parking point, I chose to walk for the initial 5 minutes. From there, it takes approximately 5-7 minutes to trek down to the beach, which is easily manageable. Along the way, take a moment to appreciate the breathtaking view from the elevated vantage point. At the beach, you'll find a small shack where you can relax. With fewer crowds and a picturesque ambiance, Kakolem Beach is a great choice for those seeking a peaceful and less crowded alternative to the more popular beaches.

MUST READ: - Google maps will take you somewhere else, so don't exactly follow maps to reach here. When you reach somewhere near to this beach's location as shown in maps, look for "Palm Discoveries" hoarding on the side of the road and take that turn, you'll enter a kachha road. - A few metres inside that kachha road, you'll find 1-2 families which charge you Rs.50 per person for entry. They are just locals, they are not authentic. You can bargain and give them whatever amount you want. - Almost a kilometre inside you have to park your bike/car/scooty and then you'll have to get down almost 250 stairs to reach the beach. You'll enjoy the awesome sunset there, with very less crowd. It's the most beautiful beach I've ever seen!

It's heaven you need to visit once, if you are nature lover. One more small beach is hear couple can spend time jear separately. Water fall is also there. t's 2km away from Cola beach. By bus also you can travel through margav and canacona. It's secret beach but rooms and restaurant available there in front of the beach. The rates are also cheap 1000 to 3000. Other option is agonda to stay, don't stay at cola it's very much costly and beach is also common.

You'll have to park your car before and do a downward trek to the beach for about 15-20 min. The way isn't very comfortable. But the views are worth it. There's no network though. So it'll be just you and nature. Also,There's one shack at this beach.

Extremely picturesque beach in South Goa. One must definitely visit. However the walk to the beach is a good 20 minute walk where most of it is climbing down the cliff.

The best segregated beach I loved. U need to down trek to reach the beach. Approximately 5to10mins trek but the trek is worth. U feel like u r on a private beach. From the main Rd the cars can't go till the beach. U need to park ur car in an open space from dm there if u wish u can trek for 20mins which is appropriately 3km. But der is a private property entry wer u can take ur car till the kakolem beach view point which is the start of the 5mins down trek

Sister beach of Cabo De Rama. Worth visiting once. 1. Walk- 20 mins, staircase. Not recommended for old age people. 2. Approach/parking- per head 50, takes 5 mins going to parking location. but beware of road towards parking location. Which is actually a off-road and isn’t in great condition. It is single lane, other car can’t pass. Saw one Ertiga struggling to climb the mountain. 3. Clean- beach is clean since less crowd 4. Food- Two snacks were available

The beach is not great, very small and Rocky. It's is between Cabo de Rama and Cola beach so can be covered with them. The beach is a private property and you would require to pay 50 per person for entry. Location is offbeat and requires you to walk about 400 meters from the parking and then come down roughly 200 steps. Not ideal if you have senior citizens with you. Water here is very violent and the beach is very sloppy which makes it dangerous for swimming. When a wave recedes back it pulls you with immense pressure that is coupled with shifting sand. Balancing becomes really difficult. Not worth spending half of your day here. There are two shacks which are make shift and with very limited staff. Due to this food takes a lot of time to be served.

Such a beautiful place. It's really peaceful and full of positive vibes. A waterfall at one side and beach the other, it's astonishing to watch the wonders of nature. Requesting anyone who's reading this, please do not litter waste. It's really disgusting to see people spoil the nature and it's beauty by throwing garbage

Secluded beach which requires to Trek downhill to the beach for about 15mins from the top. The beach view is rewarding and there are restaurants operating to serve you with food and drinks. During the rainy season one can witness waterfalls and have a drench time under it. The place will not disappoint anyone.

This beach which also nestles a waterfall during the monsoon is pure joy. One of the best beaches of Goa. From the top, the view is breathtaking and once you hiked down, it’s marvellous. The waterfall is like the jewel of the crown. So pristine that you can see the the rocks clearly. I just didn’t feel like coming back home. The hike down to the beach is near easy. Steps are made till all the way down and takes 10/15 min to reach down. Kindly don’t litter

The place is too serene and unique. We visited here in Monsoon and the atmosphere was too good. Definitely not to be missed if you are visiting South Goa.

For those looking to immerse themselves in the tranquility of nature, Kakolem Beach offers the perfect escape. Whether it's sunbathing on the pristine sands, taking long walks along the shore, or simply basking in the beauty of the surroundings, Kakolem Beach provides a unique and unforgettable experience for those who venture off the beaten path. It's important to note that due to its remote location, access to Kakolem Beach may be limited during the monsoon season or subject to local regulations. It's always recommended to check the current conditions and seek local guidance before planning a visit to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

The nicest beach in this area! We went there on Sunday 1.1.23 and it was still not busy! Beautiful with a small waterfall and little river, perfect for a nice swim and a afternoon. I’d recommend taking a scooter from the main road, it’s pretty easy to get to the parking β€œlot”. From there a lot of steps down to the beach, so bring water!

This beach is a beauty and there is a trek to the beach to reach here. I would say it is worth to do the trek and reach here. Such a lonely and beautiful beach in Goa. Also, you can have some refreshment as it has one cafe also.

Kakolem beach is sparsely crowded clean beach and perfect for clicking some beautiful pictures. The beauty of beach is amazing and pics can not do justice to natural beauty. The way to the beach is through a private property and entry fees is Rs 50 per person.

More of a butterfly beach like vibe but contains resorts. It's having a waterfall that falls to the sea but visible during rainy times, we couldn't see the Waterfall as it was dried up. Have to travel downhill to reach the beach.
