one of the best animal friendly hospital, after 10.30 pm kala bhirava will enter into the general wards and give us a visit every patient in the ward. people require passes to visit their own family i can understand that its a measure taken to avoid over crowding of people in the hospital where does it goes when its 10.30 Pm no staff to monitor and control i was always afraid of hospitals and this one proved me right again thanks for that

Worst hospital. Please don't ever get ur loved ones here for any reason. I. Hygiene: zero. Rooms are not cleaned well. Nurses just drop plastic wastes on the floor. Mosquito and cockroaches in AC wards. AC wards are name sake. NONE OF THE AC'S WORK. charge Ii. Zero transparency: no complain register. Nurse don't share data of patients reports to patient and bystander. Iii. Rude & insensitive staff. Especially security team Iv. Contact of people incharge for maintenance are hidden not displayed and nor the nurse team provide their number. I complaining for Ac's breakdown no nurse listens. Nor they provide contact of people who can help and nor it is displayed. v. I asked where I could complain regarding AC non functioning, bedbugs( khatmal) and mosquitos. They said only you complain to Radhika. This lady Radhika(billing manager) is just another wonder. When I informed her, she rudely said this out of her control and she wouldnot do anything about it. She said if you have any issue write it in feedback. That means if mosquitos and bed bugs, ac not working and broken door of wash room, we need to live with it as i can only complain in the feedback. Such a stupidly arrogant team is running kims vizag. I donno where to complain so i put it out here.

This is best hospital which i visited they treat the people with best techniques and take care of them very well. I admitted my dad here they took care of my dad very politely and they took care of all the scans well and there is coffee day to drink here and canteen with best food it can be eatable at affordable cost. The Staff checks the patient good manner. We can book the appointment before visiting the hospital and can also book at the hospital. They have best equipments and staff.

Never ever ever go here to get treated.. if you go in with a small complaint... they'll make it big without any treatment and pressurize you for operation.. these dogs are the reason my Dad is in ICU now in a very very critical stage... For them they see CASH in a dying patient... NO HUMANITY at all.... Never go here... unless you want yr people to die... My appointment as scheduled on the previous day was at 10.50 am..but the doctor was not available even at 12.30 pm.. (He was attending another "inpatient case" as per sister' feed back) If that is the case who will attend out-patients? There should be two streams to look both inpatients and out patients simultaneously for smooth operation of activities... otherwise..it would be great inconvenience for patients.

They don't care about people's lives. Only They care about money. Complete hospital system is a failure. Unless money they don't need anything. The worst hospital I've ever seen in my life, with rude staff members who don't give proper answers to any information requests. There is just a need for money. The doctor gives us false commitments and admits us to the hospital. After joining, no one responds to us properly, and if we ask for any information, they just argue with us. The worst thing is the low level of staff who also don't care about the doctor's words. In this hospital, doctors are just jokers. Their words have no value Please, friends, do not take the risk of emergency admission to this hospital.

I am very disheartened that I had chosen this hospital as a place to treat my father .We admitted on Sat night , Sunday atleast duty doctor also not visited next day also we complained several times finally at evening doctor visited and discussed his condition .we wanted to change the bed because it's not working that also they can't respond immediately .I can't imagine this type of treatment ,i am totally disappointed .

Hello viewers, I submit a very genuine and honest feedback from my recent experience of 4 day hospitalization. Hope this will be helpful. 1.Doctor and Nursing Staff are great..! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (Big vote of thanks to Dr. P Murali Krishna garu for executing a very successful surgery. Nursing Staff - Sunita, Bharati, Gaytri and Sarasvati are very courtious, friendly and attentive) 2. Rooms and Patient facilities are ok. ⭐⭐⭐ (Bathroom door, tiles are broken. No water heaters in both single and twin sharing rooms. Cockroaches and musquitoes are sited in rooms despite being cleaned repeatedly. Pest control measures are suggested) 3. Food and hygene: ⭐⭐⭐ Food is fine at canteen, but hygenic food preparation is not so good. Vegetables and other food items for cooking are being prepared near dirty untencil/pot wash area. However, food servers behind the counters are doing very well, dealing will all customers with great patience. Trolleys used for patient food transportation needs better cleaning and at certain times food is being tranported in same elevators while other Patients/visitors are in. Cost of food: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ (Rates are very affordable) 4. Parking: ⭐⭐⭐ For the amount of Patients visiting, Parking facilities are not enough. 5. Security: ⭐⭐ Allowing exsessive visitors (probably due to favorism, influense and recommendations) and restricting genuine visitors. In twin sharing room they 6 allowed visitors continuesly ( 10 PM to next day 3 PM) which created massive disturbance to my patient and he become restless, his BP raised up and surgery postponed for 24 hours. I have shifted him to single occupancy room by paying exsessive amount. This is very disappointing, we suffered because of no control on visitors and we had to pay the price for it. 6. Billing section team: ⭐ The biggest disappointment. Majority of the team lacking knowledge. No promptness, rude behaviour was even observed from one of the team members. 7. Facilities Supervisors and cleaners: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Supervisors are checking with patients twice a day and taking feedback. Cleaners/Aayas are well cooperative.

Went for a complete health check . Very affordable. I think 3499 for a complete health checkup once in a year is very very very good amount of investment for our future health. And to be honest, even though this money is not problem for many people. They're more worried about circling In hospital to different sections to do checkup. But this is where I fell in love with this hospital. They literally assign you a person who makes this entire journey simple. They assigned me MR.RAMA CHANDRA garu to guide me to all the places personally and made this health checkup sooo simple. I can't thank him enough. Such level of patience in guiding me to all the tests in such an ease cleared all my doubts regarding health checkup. I'm sure I'll visit the KIMS every year and personally request for Mr. RAMACHANDRA garu and get my health checkup annually.

Very bad experience. I wanted to meet a gastro doc and took appointment at 9:40. After reaching there at 9:10 am on that day I came to know that the doctor will see the opd patients after 12:30. Disgusting really. Eventually, doc came at 3:30 pm. Terrible experience. They only know how to make excuse. However, the nurses and subordinate staffs are very cooperative.

My first experience with KIMS was a terrible one. Really bad management and coordination are present. According to the amount of money they take, there are no enough facilities. Some doctors treat patients in a very rude manner. Information and time management are absent.

I visited KIMS ikon hospital sheelanagar as this hospital is near to my house. Always they disappoint me by not giving any queue number.. they call patients name and send to the doctor, same in any appointment like scanning or lab... if you know any staff there you will be given priority else your number will come at last... a 10min deal they make 10hours....

Too bad cleaning, though it is corporate hospital cleaning staff never works. Some times jr doctors cleaning the patient bed/room corners. Food serving staff literally asks money from in patients. Though food Bill included in final Bill copy. In patient rooms are not at all Hygiene. Hope management takes care of this as it’s one of the major hospital at vizag region. About dressing change for patients doesn’t happen properly. Staff asks money always by closing the room door.

Laboratory charges very high as compare with other reputed laboratories (Vijay , Visakha etc. .) No discounts on Medicines as well, so we are reaching other medical shops. The waiting time period of the scanning and test results are way too long, I understand that it takes time to get precise results but by the time the results come in the doctor will have completed his shift. Which is not very favourable at the time emergencies, other than that one major problem, the care given and other facilities were good.

Worst parking experience. My relative had a doctor visit after 5 days of her surgery in cuddles building. She barely able to walk. Explained this situation to security and requested him to accept the parking near cuddles building as the ground floor is not having any chairs to sit for the patient. He simply said “you can’t park here”. Requesting management either to put some chairs in cuddles building ground floor such that patients can sit there before their attenders park and come back OR provide proper parking . I hope at least for this you don’t need any UMR number.

One of the worst corporate hospital in vizag.... normal cases also put ICU in 3/4 days Hospital incharges domination more then duty doctors. Surprising matter is hospital incharge only dicide whether to keep the patient in ICU or normal ward. I strongly advise all middle class families don't prefer to KIMS icon hospital Visakhapatnam 🙏

All facilities are very good. Dr Chalapathi Sir, Gastroenterologist explained very well about patients problem, diagnostic, medications etc. All staffs also very supportive. Discharge procedure had taken very long nearly 2.5 hours. It should be improved with minimum time.

Dr. K S Phaneendra Kumar is an excellent doctor who gives very patient hearing. Dr Understands the problem and quick in giving solution. Gave rating only for the Individual Doctor. I am not sure about other facilities in Hospital.

Process is very delay for insurance proceedings and also billing very un fair.. While doing admission process, it has been taken almost 2hours and for that they are charged 250/- per hour *2 and bed charge 470/- without any service.. They have been taken blood samples only..

But the staff was very rude and they don't care minimum about patients lives,mainly billing section they are doing wrong bills without co ordination with doctors. In this hospital if the scan is done the reports should be taken same day otherwise they will miss your reports or throw them in the dustbin I think so. Due to my health issues I went after two days to collect my reports they said the reports are missing what kind of hospital is this. How come they miss reports of a Patient. It's disgusting. Luckily my friend know someone in the hospital so they gave me print in the paper. Otherwise my reports are gone. Worst hospital. Worst experience.

Dr attitude was over and negative and rude. It was disheartening to see medical professionals who were completely unconcerned about the patient.
