my
recent
experience
of
4
day
hospitalization.

1.Doctor
and
Nursing
Staff
are
great..!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
(Big

for
executing
a
very
successful
surgery.
Nursing
Staff
-
Sunita,
Bharati,
Gaytri
and
Sarasvati
are
very
courtious,
friendly
and
attentive)
2.
Rooms
and
Patient
facilities
are
ok.
⭐⭐⭐
(Bathroom
door,
tiles
are
broken.
No
water
heaters
in
both
single
and
twin
sharing
rooms.
Cockroaches
and
musquitoes
are
sited
in
rooms
despite
being
cleaned
repeatedly.
Pest
control
measures
are
suggested)
3.
Food
and
hygene:
⭐⭐⭐
Food
is
fine
at
canteen,
but
hygenic
food
preparation
is
not
so
good.
Vegetables
and
other
food
items
for
cooking
are
being
prepared
near
dirty
untencil/pot
wash
area.
However,
food
servers
behind
the
counters
are
doing
very
well,
dealing
will
all
customers
with
great
patience.
Trolleys
used
for
patient
food
transportation
needs
better
cleaning
and
at
certain
times
food
is
being
tranported
in
same
elevators
while
other
Patients/visitors
are
in.
Cost
of
food:
⭐⭐⭐⭐
(Rates
are
very
affordable)

Parking:
⭐⭐⭐
For
the
amount
of
Patients
visiting,
Parking
facilities
are
not
enough.
5.
Security:
⭐⭐
Allowing
exsessive
visitors
(probably
due
to
favorism,
influense
and
recommendations)
and
restricting
genuine
visitors.
In
twin
sharing
room
they
6
allowed
visitors
continuesly
(
10
PM
to
next
day
3
PM)
which
created
massive
disturbance
to
my
patient
and
he
become
restless,
his
BP
raised
up
and
surgery
postponed
for
24
hours.
I
have
shifted
him
to
single
occupancy
room
by
paying
exsessive
amount.
This
is
very
disappointing,
we
suffered
because
of
no
control
on
visitors
and
we
had
to
pay
the
price
for
it.
6.
Billing
section
team:
⭐
The
biggest
disappointment.
Majority
of
the
team
lacking
knowledge.
No
promptness,
rude
behaviour
was
even
observed
from
one
of
the
team
members.
7.
Facilities
Supervisors
and
cleaners:
⭐⭐⭐⭐
Supervisors
are
checking
with
patients
twice
a
day
and
taking
feedback.
Cleaners/Aayas
are
well
cooperative.
