My visit to Titan Eyeplus left me with a mix of impressions. The store's atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff was attentive and courteous. However, one aspect that fell short was the lack of variety in their eyewear collection. Despite the helpful assistance provided by the staff, I couldn't help but notice the limited options available. This somewhat restricted selection made it challenging to find a pair of glasses that truly matched my preferences. On the positive side, the store's customer service was commendable, with the staff eager to assist and offer guidance. While the shopping experience was generally positive, the scarcity of choices in eyewear could be a potential point of improvement for Titan Eyeplus.

I am really very disappointed with the people working over there especially Mr Raman ..It's very important to treat a customer with respect..As being a customer of Titan Eye+ for a very long time,me my sister along with my father went to your store in GIP mall for buying frames and lenses..there Mr Raman thought My sister picked up a frames from there and wore it..But she was already wearing a Titan eye + spectacle which was bought a year ago..the he took the spectacle my sister was wearing and gave it to another person working over there to check whether it was stolen from there shop..he wore the spectacle and said it's a power lenses spectacle..which itself mean we didn't took it..but he went overboard by checking in system by entering the model number and he asked the phone number as well..then without even apologizing he returned back silently without our fathers knowledge..and even we didn't said this to our papa at that time as we don't want to create any scene over there. But when we reached home we told everything..but coincidence Mr Raman called regarding some OTP..but my father denied giving OTP over phone and said when we receive the final product we will talk about it..my father asked about what happened with my sister..he said no I just wanted to see the lenses..I mean seriously this is how your customer service is...Really disappointed with your way of treating customer...

This store has very friendly staff and very good collection of spectacles and lenses. Firstly I have visited lenskart store but I have not satisfied by service provided by them. I just mooch around here and there and to get eye check 5 to 6 Optical store like Lenskart, Vision express ,Sun Optical and few more and get different Prescription and after getting different eye power my friend suggested to visit an eye hospital and now just walk around in the mall we see Titan Eye Plus. So we thought to just get the eye check up. Mr. Shaurya was there and he do the eye checkup in detailed and now we got another prescription after seeing the prescription I have confident to Mr. SHAURYA's prescription but we just put the questions why the prescriptions are different and how do we know which is my eye power . Mr. Shaurya explained very well. I really appreciate to titan as they have Knowledgeable, expert and very kind of staff. In my way Mr. Shaurya is Titan Eye Plus for me. Thanks Tata.

Titan has competent Optometricians in Great India Place. Mr SK Mishra has studied in AMU and Mr Dinesh Kumar Parashar has studied in Jamia Hamdard. Jamia's optometry course was started in collaboration with Venu Eye Centre. The service is excellent though the prices seem to be quite high. I recommend it strongly.
