It's a 0/5 experience their service is too slow and above of that they delivered the wrong order . I raised complaint and asked to refund. However they agreed with the refund but didn't respond to the complaint properly . Still they didn't believe me and denied the refund after providing the pics too of the wrong order. Don't believe them they do frauds with the people they delivers the wrong order and they don't want to believe you too

GFOO0176517 first order was forcefully changed and then was send incomplete and no one ready to listen, I made 5 call back... pathetic service ... NEVER ORDER FROM THIS APPLICATION. Best thing they send order without any spoon or fork and expecting customer to eat noodles with there hands.. Bunch of idiots.

I ordered food at Indore-amritsar express for Gaziabad station on 21th October but  order was not delivered. The next day I called for a refund and they said within 7 days it will be credited in the same account. After 7 days I messaged/called reply was the same but still I didn't get any refund and no response. Every time I call them they say refund is initiated but I never received money in my account. When I ask for payment screenshot they say they will share but they don't because they haven't initiated a refund actually. Very bad experience. Don't buy food from them.. 🙏

Ordered food in train. Worst food as compared to price. Rs.317/- for kadai chicken thali. After getting the order I realised that it is not worthy for even Rs.100/-. Aur chicken ke naam pe diya kya ek neck (gardan) aur ek liver ka part which I never buy for free also. Rest u can see the photo I have attached. I am a frequent traveler and mostly order food online. But this is the worst experience I had ever. Plz if you want good customer response deal with good hotels and go through quality check. Otherwise sorry to say ... u mean what I want to say.

Delivery was very good and timely. The delivery boy delivered directly coming to the seat . But the food ordered ( chicken curry) itself was very disgusting. Did not expect a tasteless food from gofoodie online. Hope the will take care of taste next time.

The worst of customer service a person can experiance. The food was ordered 2 days back and bill was requested for the same. The person came to deliver the parcel on station without bill. On asking he said bill nahi hai, lena hai to le lo warna mein wapas jaa raha. Now if i am ordering any item i guess there is a very clear rule which says i can ask for bill. Further, on making multiple followups and sharing all relevant info with required team the bills were not shared. And now they have started ignoring messages on watssaap and calls. The worst of experiance in terms of customer service. Will never order from this site for sure.

I ordered food from here today in the morning. I was supposed to get it at 12:30pm. (My train was 30 mins delayed) The order was prepaid and i paid online but i DID NOT RECEIVE my meal. The next this is i call customer service. After 4-5 times a lady picked up the call and asked me to hold to check the details of the order and the discrepancy. After 6-7 calls like an hour of waiting she tells me "the items that you ordered are not available". I told them it's ok cancel my order and give me a refund. They straight up denied and sent me "extra curd and pav" instead of "dal makhni". The customer service is extremely pathetic. These people are disconnecting the call and not picking up my call anymore. Money down the gutter! As someone mentioned, FAKE positive reviews pathetic service. (Ps. It was so bad that it pushed me to write a google review for the first time in my life!) Choose wisely! Edit: is there an option to give half a star?!

This is amazing option on the go in train. Tried second time and received good service this time as well. Menu was limited but sufficiently good to fill the tummy. Price is reasonable as we get food in train in our coach at our seat. Food was warm. Quality was good and quantity was sufficient. Taste was excellent. Cash on delivery is the best part. Must try!

Nice taste , packaging is good for in train consumption, timely delivery. Better than train pantry car, Recommended .

I ordered food got a confirmation call I was literally waiting at the station no one came up with food I was constantly calling the customer care they kept telling me it out for delivery But nothing came up At the end when my train left they said we are registering your complaint. I ordered veg only online at Surat. half item was non-veg and veg thali was so 3rd grade quality that I couldn't eat more than one bite. I thrown all food in dustbin. when I raised issued through their online feedback system, then I received call from customer care and they replied that other customers review are good for food and they will not refund any money. I spent all night hungry because of their service. they don't have sense and responsibilities. they are looting money just name od online service. never order through their platform.

Delicious food. My train reached Vijayawada 2.5 hours late still food was warm so it must b prepared fresh. The Naana are soft, warm n adequate quantity. Being in Andhra thought that the dal n sabji wud b hot n spicy but it wasn't. Just some good tasty food. VFM

Very unprofessional functioning. I ordered food they told the bill amount is 184 for veg thali but while delivering I was charged 255, food quantity was less and was tasteless I should have ordered from the pantry itself. Ordered a deluxe thali in train at Jaipur railway station for Rs 320. The food quality was pathetic. The food was cold and very bad quality. I hope someone’s money could be saved by this review.

It is the worst ever website to order food on train. They accepted the order and at the time of delivery they said there was no order and disconnected my call. The representative kept pushing me to pay while placing the order. Good that I did not pay anything online initially. There are other apps that accept COD orders and deliver them properly. But this website is really pathetic. Never ever use this.

I have ordered an Pizza, and its taste was amazing. The delivery boy was also polite and humble, he managed to deliver the food on correct time, he was available before time in the station. I appreciate the way the delivery boy provided me the pizza. Also the packaging and quality of pizza was also amazing.

Our train was delayed by 12 hrs and still Gogoodieonline manged to deliver food @1.30 am which was so late at night but that delivery guy was waiting for us. I wanted to really appreciate how they deliver food even so late at night especially we were hungry since morning. I would recommend this to order food when on train. Thanks again!

Got food ordered from them on Dehradun-Delhi shatatbdi at Saharanpur. Food was warm, well packed and came on time. Restaurant which deleivered the food also had a good ratings.

After eating at train canteen ordering food from Gofoodieonline and fearing the quality and timely delivery was amazed at such delicious food and wonderful service. Had ordered Veg Kolhapuri with Roti and Rice and the quantity and quality of the food was very good. The person at the other end to whom I might have called Unteempth time as I feared the food might not be delivered on time was very polite and courteous each time we spoke. Great going. We would keep on ordering more.

Had ordered Chicken Biryani for my Son travelling on 22692 Rajdhani Express from Delhi to Bengaluru. Inspite of the request for the order to be cancelled well before 1 1/2 hours of the arrival of train at Balharshah, the vendor forcefully delivered the order to my son. I always order from here when I travel, all time its really nice. But this time my family had worst experience. We ordered paneer butter masala. However they delivered some chapati with normal gravy without any vegetables. I raised complaint and provided the pics too. They agreed with the refund and then after 3 days of travel they are asking me some more pics which is sarcastic. I ordered food for my mom who was traveling she is not that tecdopictures in and and send them as proof. These people usually send the curry in plastic container but this time we got it in road side polythene. Still they didn’t believe me and denied the refund. So GUYS……please recheck your food properly after delivery. They get the positive feedbacks from some people and randomly send the worst food, and they dont want to believe you too. Important thing is…..dont order food on behalf of any senior citizens traveling in train. Because these food vendor will ask you to take 100 pictures as proof which they cannot do. I was ordering food around once in a month from here for me friends and relatives. But this is my last order because they dont accept their mistake and blame on you if some wrong happens. I ordered food at Kharagpur junction on 20th October but they cancelled delivery without any intimation. When next day I called for refund(564/- was paid through UPI ) they said within 24hrs it will be initiated then again after 7 days I messaged/called reply was the same but still now didn't get any refund and no response. Very bad experience. Don't buy food from them.. 🙏
