It is only one axis bank branch in SITAMARHI city This is big problem of customer of axis bank near naka no 1

I am very highly impressed with the level of service the bank is providing to its customers .I would like to share my my most recent experience . I am a non resident Indian ( Canadian Citizen) came to Sitamarhi to visit my parents . Did some banking and met Sunil( Branch head) and his team who made banking very quick . That wasn't the end of it . My parents live in a village which is an hour away from the bank . its difficult for them to go to the branch for their day to day banking . what Sunil and his team does is that they bring the services to the village through is competent team ( Vishal) at my parent's doorstep . I have never experienced the level of service which this bank and the team provides to its customer from any bank as of now in India . Thank you to the branch head and his team for keeping the standard super high .

Very bad experience...staff are incompetent (Mr.Rajnish BRO) wasting time of customer by asking irrelevant things and attitude is also not good towards customer...for each and everything he say it will take time...for small things if they want time means they don't want to work ...in that case government Bank is better... not expected from axis bank for such pathetic services
