Very pathetic customer service. My mom had an appointment in the afternoon. Just one consultation room with gents doctor attending to his patients and she was made to wait for a long time They have rooms allotted for insurance guys but surprisingly one consultation facility. The customer service was pretty rude and on checking after an hour when we can meet the doctor she said if you cannot wait you can leave and handed over the documents back. Very money minded,unprofessional bunch of people running this hospital. Not recommending this clinic to anyone

Last month I got fistula problem and visited smiles hospital. I am writing review after a month post surgery. Doctor parameshwar is really good in explaining the problem. He checked all possible scenarios and provided treatment. He did surgery using laser. I recovered within a week because of laser surgery. I am really feeling very good now. The pain of fistula is really bad. Thanks smiles hospital for helping me. The only drawback I can see is they don't have some scan tests and canteen inside hospital. We need to take some of the scans in nearby places. While comparing the positives these drawbacks are negligible.

Very Bad experience on follow-up! Hospital doesn't have any sequence or system for consultation, people who are waiting has to be waiting and who comes late, will be welcomed! Team can have a queue system created, this should ease all. And foremost equal treatment for all patients & everyone's time is important. To start with, I was searching for a hospital or clinic in Google which can treat my Fistula problem. I had been multiple clinics but the kind of advice they gave and the procedure for treatment was unacceptable and painful. Finally after all the research and investigation i found the Smiles Hospital which can treat my problem without any pain and inconvenience as Dr. Parameshwar is one of the best Surgeon out there who can understand the patient problem and make them comfortable throughout the process. Have nothing against Dr. Parameshwara C M a senior and very able surgeon who did the surgery without any complications ! The issue is with the staff especially the billing related ones ! They are very rude and despite me being a Doctor spoke very rudely and acted as if they had done the surgery for free ! May be like me many are sceptical about doing a surgery for fissures.. I got my surgery done here after 5 months of c section .. every one in hospital from doctors to nurses were good during admission to discharge.. what we need to know is about the post operative period.. it's definitely the worst days of our lifetime from day 1 till the time the wound takes to heal.. i know it's different from person to person but for me i felt like commiting suicide than bearing this pain every single time I passed stool.. multiple times I revisited doctors and they gave good analgesic s but my healing is still slow and I'm still in pain after 21 days of surgery.. we can't walk or sit or do our daily routines, imagine my situation with a newborn.. I cried and cried almost 8- 10 hours daily due to pain.. again I'm telling it may not be the same for all.. may be fissure is healed but the cut takes 6 weeks to heal completely.. so anyone who wants to undergo lateral internal sphincterotomy be prepared to take rest and help from others, we can't do anything nor go for job in a week as they say... It'll take time to heal and we have to take sitz bath about 10 times a day and be on bland liquid diet for a month or two... May be suffering from fissure pain is unbearable but only if doctors would've told me to be prepared for these i would've given 5 stars... I appreciate doctors availability through WhatsApp every time to clear our doubts . If only I knew these things prior to surgery I might be prepared mentally physically and emotionally.. I'll definitely update this review once I'm better and let everyone know how long these lasts. My surgery was on Feb 3rd.. once again I don't have any issues with doctors nurses or team it's only my state 😭 UPDATE Day 30 - I'm healing and feeling better.. hope all my agony is coming to end.. still following diet as per dieticians advice 😊

The issue was with his gall bladder. DR Recommend a Lap Cholecystectomy( Removal of gall bladder). His gall bladder had to be removed due to complications in it. 5 star to the treatment. Dr. Parameshwara is excellent. 1 start for the hygiene of room and management in allotment room. Room no 108 toilet does not have windows. No privacy for female using the rest room. I informed the nurse in the duty in the morning but it went to deaf ears. My priority was to get treatment done and get discharged ASAP. I wish the higher management looks into the issue seriously because the treatment and the expertise of the doctor is excellent but the quality of rooms and hygiene is not taken care which is putting the whole experience down.

My brother went to this hospital as he had Fissures and Haemorrhoids. When he visited first day the Dr. Parameshwara C N just checked and said that there is no issue can be cured with tablets. However, he suggested to do endoscopy and colonoscopy. Next day he did the scan and turned out there is no major issue and said can be cured with tablets. Again he suggested to do abdominal scan just to be sure, and we did that too. The total cost around all these scans were around was 25K and we were fine with it. Next day when we took those scans and test they were no ready to look to the reports, and just pressuring us to do surgery. When confronted with doctor about the comments they are like no it requires surgery and moreover not ready to write a prescription what he told 2 days back. These people are just there to make money and they will target people. It was my brother mistake who just said he was foreign return. It’s really sad that doctors do not have concern on patients and they just want to make money. I would not recommend anyone to visit this hospital, all people there are frauds.

I am indian but I live and work in Qatar. I had done periannal surgery in 2022 in qatar as I was suffering from pain and swelling at my back near motion passing area. My sister underwent Fissure procedure at Smiles hospital,Mathikere Bangalore. Dr.Parameshwar provided a detailed consultation and done excellent procedure.Dr.Pavithra also assisted with regular check up.All the medical staff were co operative and caring to the best extent.Indeed a great experience.

Hospital is good and my surgery was done by Parameshwar. Procedure is done well. I am saying this because my piles problem has completely gone after the procedure. But, post surgery support to patients must be improved. Hospital staff needs to have patience and listen to the patients problem and suggest different methods or medications. But they seem to be always in hurry and don't care about the pain, patient is going through once discharged. Otherwise it's a recommend.

Dr Parameshwar C M has got immense credibility in the field .I would suggest people to visit the clinic at the first symptoms of the problem rather than meeting the Non specialists and complicating the problem.. I am grateful to Dr Sujeev and entire nursing staff. My request to patients would be trust the team and dont expect only Dr Parameshwar would attend to every followup. I strongly recommend Dr. Parameshwara for Fistula treatment. After doing lots of research, I visited SMILES to see Dr. Parameshwara. I explained him my problems how it started with Fissure and then Fistula. He quickly checked and confirmed it’s Fistula and asked me go for ultrasound scan to understand whether it’s complex or simple Fistula.
