Brought a chest of drawer and coat, both damaged during transit. Chest of drawers development crack due to unseasoned teak wood used.Promised 10 years warranty while purchasing..but no response after several follow up. ========== Update ========== Got a call and from Living Roomz and promised a replacement & Waiting. Will update the review. ================ 30-Jun-22- Update ================ Defective furniture is replaced as promised, though it took some longer time due to pandemic and other reasons. Delighted with my order. I am frm coimbatore. Saw his page on India mart and got introduced to Sumbul- owner of this shop. Telling my requirement he agreed for it kept sending me sample pictures to understand my exact requirement. From the day 1 till I received the product, interaction with him was very good. During this pandemic situation, he kept me updated with the progress and did not compromise with the quality for early delivery. I had many questions as I am from Trivandrum and couldn't really see the product myself before getting them. The product was very good, nice work, friendly dealer, packaging was good enough as transportation was long distance by ship, the only thing I felt not so good is that they didn't provide free transportation to the seaport jetty, they charged Rs 35/km. Rest all very good. So they deserve 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
