poor customer service. I purchased Moong Dal. It was too salty. Giving a complaint at customer care numbers was a long and painful. They did not send a replacement. After long follow up on emails, the sent the moong dal, but lesser quantity than I purchased!! Email response is also not prompt.

Papdi Soan plaindre made by Haldiram's- Nagpur, tasted very good, it was perfect. I enjoyed this Indian sweet.

No mode of online payment even in this 2022, i need to come with hungry stomach because of no online payment system in haldiram at sita burdi branch of snacks. So poor service and staf is also rude nature.

I wish I could give the online service negative ranking. These people are so money minded and don't care for timely delivery. For them customer is always wrong. I sent motichoor laddoo for kids at univ. In Raipur. Order date sept 8. Since total cost was<500 so paid delivery charges in top. Expected delivery date was 9/15 which krit in changing by one day every day. No notification from anyone. When I started to followup even then it took then agree to get back and tell me that they need otp at the time of delivery. 1. My first package never needed otp 2. Delivery people never called the kid else the kid would have received already miss call 3. Even after giving another number, they took two days to deliver 4. Finally, Haldiram s enjoyed sending stale laddoos to kids. Must have felt real pride in delivering stale food and making all money even after asking multiple times about their own to fix late delivery of laddoos. Kudos to Haldiram s delivery service.
