Very difficult to get them on the phone especially their Personal Loan division. To obtain a loan they come within one hour but to close a loan it is a very big task! Service is really very poor from the Personal Loan people. They do not even answer their mobiles or messages sent to them........ Got a reply from the supposed owner of Yes Bank saying to send mail and someone from Yes Bank will contact me. Actually did that before posting my first review and until now no calls. Was that an automated reply????

Yes bank parys branch staff good support to the customer . Good think is staff are very friendly for support service. Yet,Customer has to visit parys branch for loan section. No other option. Like no phone number and email. No connect with loan in account bank tie up. Improvement required. Otherwise. Good customer won't continue with Yes bank in future

I made my EMI payment to a wrong account. Guess what ? I went to the nearest YESBANK branch and they directed me to Parrys branch. The moment I stepped in, without wasting much time the security guard collected my details and informed the executives. They called me in few minutes and provided the solution instantly. Simple but efficient. I’m sure it would have taken more than a month with other banks . Really Impressed by their support . Note : This is purely based on my own experience 😊

Worst bank if you are going to open an account or getting a loan in first it will be fine after that they won't respond to your douts and service was so badd.. especially the parry's Branch

Worst Bank ever , they have not even 1% of help sense. Yes bank agent , customer service and branch vist all those words are different .. we will definitely get angry on top of our body .. they deducted bounce charges 2022 on November but actually it was happened on 2021 May .. after one year they are deducting the amount .. I have no idea of it after confirmation from customer care they are saying like this .. this is not good for middle class people like me .I don't think they are treating us like a normal people . Many movies came like Thunivu but kind of these banks never change .

Yes bank wrost experience. The sales person provide you with different close charges. But the branch will provide some higher charges. Not helpful and very horrible experience. I have spend 1 day to close the loan.

Yes Bank services are always poor. They never provide enough support to their clients always. I am working to get my nach acct to get tranfer for ECS clearance for more than 2 months and got confirmation to maintain balance to an account for which nach transfer completed. But they still taking from my earlier account.
