Brookfield Properties build amazing office campuses around the globe. And this one of them. Equinox Business Park. Very Spacious, amazing garden at the centre of campus, elegant and stylish food court. It also has turf for team building activities and very clean.Equinox business park is nearest and walkable to central railway station Kurla whereas you can take a rickshaw from Bandra Station which passes via Bandra Kurla Complex. There are multiple towers in the Equinox Business Park. Really love the way they maintain the property. There is one drawback which is basically not inside the park but its outside. Approaching road to park is always congested with heavy traffic but as soon as you enter the gate you see the whole new world which makes you forget about the approached road. If you have office in this posh and lavish business park then obviously you are lucky one. It is fantastic place for photography as well.

One of the best business parks I 've ever visited in mumbai. I would rate it 10/10 ,since it's a very clean & hygienic business premises. Security guards at the entry gate also greet the employees or visitors & helpful.

Security bar that stops vehicles at entry gate 3 is either not operating properly or security personnel are not trained enough to manage them, it fell on me, hurt badly, useless and unsafe property.

Pleasant evenings with sun kissed deck. This property is investing big to do the landscaping and create employee friendly games and environment. Backed by great support - ambulance, health club, eating zones, TBSE, Starbucks coffee etc. The newly developed Tower 4 is done very well with great frontage and beautification. Inside campus is good. Outside one needs to be careful as sometimes it gets congested. Avoid Thursday late evenings as it’s local sellers day( street filled with local vendors), especially when you walk towards Kurla railway station. The immediate signal towards Bandra is almost crowded. In rainy season this signal area goes under knee dip water so take care.
