We booked a trip to Gangtok for 40 members with Dream Destination. The trip was booked 5 months before the trip date and initial amount was transferred well ahead of time. Suddenly, Dream destination cancelled our trip, 1.5 months before the trip date due to an internal problem they were facing with their partner in Gangtok. And we accepted the cancellation too. But they took more than a month to refund our amount. After great struggle, we got our money back. They return back my money after 20 days only. Because of this people, i lost around 16000 rupees and our team plan.

Don't waste ur time and very attitude people

I was awestruck with this page since long and planned a trip to Anantara dhigu maldives.Priya took care of everything and arranged it very well.I was travelling with my one year old n even she had a wonderful time.The resort was Fantastic and dhigu was perfect for us. It was everything i dreamt of n kids are given special importance here. Arranging baby bed, baby bath products,separate infant menu surprised me.The staff were attentive and very helpful.I loved the trip and will definitely look forward to book with u guys very soon.

November ,2019 we booked a trip to Maldives foor traveling during February ,2020.But due to personal reasons we cancelled our trip in January 3rd week ,well on advance to the cancellation booking period .When we cancelled she promised refund amount in 2 weeks time .So before February 3rd week,2020 ,we shoud have received the refund .This is well in advance before covid struck India and covid lock down which happened March,2020 last week. The money was not refunded in cash as promised instead she gave a credit note stating ,we can use it again in 6 months time if not she will refund the money . As of this month it's almost 2 years since we paid them .The money has not been refunded.The response from her is not friendly and we were treated very badly upon asking .They are asking another 6 months to refund the amount which obviously is a false promises to put off the amount since that's what she is been doing it last 2 years . As you can see ,there are recent reviews on other customers travelling through them but she keeps saying business is not open and she can't give the money right now .2 years is a very long time to wait . Please don't book with them ,their customer response and service is horrible. All is well if you continue with the trip but any emergency and you have to cancel it ,your money is definitely gone even though we cancelled well within cancellation policy provided by the resort and provided by them . I know several travel companies personally who refunded the amount for the people I know in similar situation .They never used covid as an excuse. Update : we cross checked with our family and friends .Full amount is refunded if you cancel within cancellation policy.No one with holds 25,000 like travel agent priya says . And know we didn't threaten the travel company ,if we have to threaten we could have very well filed a law suit against them . She has repeatedly shouted at us everytime we called her about the refund .

Worst experience with them. We planned for team trip 3-4 months in advance, but they cancelled after 2 months by telling some story. And also got refund only after a month.
