The coordination between the store and the head office is insane. Pathetic customer service. Do not live upto their commitments. Ruined my party by not providing the order committed. Follow up procedure is very very poor. Never order with my personal experience. Only buy ready stock.

Really really bad experience and I would not recommend this place to anybody because their customer service is atrocious . I had bought a huge amount of stuff from them and out of the lot one expensive piece was tarnished and defective. When I asked them to replace it, they not only refused but they put the blame on me. Have never come across such behaviour ever before.
