Pathetic service. Being a well known studio, they take 3 to 4 for 50 nos photo development. Very lazy staff. Similar experience I had when I went for visa photo. They were so lazy to give me a bill citing it's late and I had to call them next day to send by email. I went to printo and within 1 hr they gave me photos

The charges in this center is quite high while compared to other GK vale, and also bills are not generated for the same which makes it quite clear why the prices vary from other standard center. Request you to kindly address this as this causes trust issue with the brand

Terrible terrible experience. We were to the old studio at Yelahanka. The staff at this studio are ignorant and zero on customer service. Incomplete order, no options given. GKVale, you should look at these franchisee as they spoil the reputation you have made

Horrible Experience, Been a loyal customer since last 4 yr, but will never ever suggest this branch , No cooperation at all, All the other branches are customer friendly But not this branch Specially the front office people named Deepak and Moin started make me learn company policy and price revisions

I have ordered a frame from them, the editor made awesome collage and edit of a image, and gud quality of frame work. Worth every penny 😉.

They charge based on what they feel like. We called RT nagar branch for the same 8*10 instant print and it was 130 per print. This branch was 200 per print. When I asked the person why higher price, he said the manager asked to charge this much on the phone. The attitude is also pathetic, it's like you take it or leave it.

Very good service. Understood our requirements quickly and delivered the prints in 20 minutes. Sent the soft copies also to email and asked us to confirm the same.

Quick and efficient service by Moin. Very affordable visa photos - only 250 INR for 8 copies and soft copies sent to your email. Located below Aster Clinic Yelahanka New Town and open on Sundays.

They 1st told me I had to provide full name, phone number and email address. I said they didn't need all of that but the man was very insistent. Only after they said the wait would be 2 hours for a simple passport photo. Left and went somewhere else.

I spoke to their customer service head and he assured me that he will resolve my concern at the earliest. I await their response.

No doubt GK Vale has built its place in the market for anything and everything Photograhy, however, I am rating this outlet a 3 start because I felt like they lack customer service/ experience. I had placed the order to frame a photograph they said they would deliver it on a certain day. I was expecting someone from Gk Vale to call and update when the frame was ready but unfortunately they did not. Also, I called them up and informed them that I would come and collect it but they asked me to come the next day because they already closed the store. But as per google business they were supposed to be open until 6.00 PM.

I highly recommend this studio for anyone looking to have professional photos taken. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the final product was top-notch.

Gave an order for a photo album online. Quality was top class and very professional approach of the company in dealing with the clients. A small communication gap was handled very well by Mr. Prabhu and his team and they ensured I got the best service.

I took my daughter for passport pic and they gave me photos and I had to deny two times after printing. They don’t have proper cameraman or cameras and editing team don’t no how to edit. I had no choice and had to take the photos after third print and it still had darkness on the face. Never recommend GK vale Yelahanka branch

Do not visit for visa or any sort of photography. Even Aadhar card photo is better than what these people take! The photographer seems to be in a rush to be somewhere even if no other customer is waiting. Then he will take a photo which is extremely bad. You can take better photos yourself. Since the photograph is so badly captured, their editing team edits out everything possible to make it presentable. In the end, you have a photo which is beyond recognition, your face shape is distorted, skin color changed, birth marks appear where there were none and the ones which are there are removed.

Pricing is beyond imagination, attitude is also beyond imagination. Ultimately they are beyond reachable. I strongly recommend not to go it’s worthless going to G K VALE

Quick Responsive To the point I walked into the store and walked out a happy customer in just 10 mins. The photo was emailed to me too. However, I fell one star short only because the team could have reduced or worked on the red eye/flash on my eyes in the photo. Also, the resolution emailed was too low for further use. Request to please fix this and I do look forward to another visit. Thank you GK Vale for your service. 🙂

GK Vale has shifted a more convenient and visible location in New Town Yelahanka. The service is good and the front desk is quite receptive and supportive but the stock of frames and other accessories are limited.

Is in Ethel basement, one of the store in Yelahanka new town.. of course recommended for visa pictures.. staff are prompt and helpful.

One of the best and ideal photo studio known as gk vale good ambience well maintained by Mr.Deepak and price list for photos are bit higher but the quality is the best they provide worth for the price what we pay.

It is a good photo studio for taking photo for visa purposes, they know what finishes are required for each country visas. Their staff Manjunath has been very patient & supportive to take my sons photos. Photo delivery was immediate...Great Service!
