Deli2go; unprofessional staff; not 24 hrs. Three of our friends went there to have filter coffee, but the staff denied it completely saying its close from 11: 30 pm to 12:30 am; while it was still 11: 25 am. With many requests he did not make is the coffee. They call themselves 24 hrs cafe and do such thing to customers. Highly dissatisfied with the experience. This behaviour should be addressed by SHELL. Or else don't make promises you can't keep. Poor customer service and very unprofessional attitude by the employee. They have managed to maintain good reviews here by posting same reviews from different accounts, in reality things r different.

Petrol quality is best. Other services like Air,water ,Restroom ,Toilet etc are well maintained by staff. This pump is generally crowded after 18:00 P.M. Engine oil and coolant are changed free here

I personally believe and experience shell petrol quality is very good after some few days vehicle running is very smooth compare to other petrol pump quality of petrol is good but compare to other costly petrol. staff is more helpfull amazing experience .

Wrong number updated in web search details, as per govt norms air is free on all pumps, but I found that in few pumps now days, air not providing. Means have to fill petrol or diesel at shell pumps but for air, have to go other places. Rest all services are the best.

In the name of good service they are overcharging. Today the diesel price is 130/- per litre. There is nowhere in Vadodara such high price. Please avoid this pump especially for diesel cars

I am preferring SHELL from last 8 years.. the petrol quality is best (I am telling this from good condition of the engine)...in afternoon the rush is very heavy... You can find no rush before 9:30 AM and after 10:00 PM everyday...they will provide free oil change service...the employees nature is also good... the air person is not available on regular basis in a day...if you have SHELL petrol pump near you please that only other than any other

I am regular customer of shell makarpura. Bt I am very upset about the service every night the air pump is turned off after 7pm . Millions of times I requested staff to keep it on till 12 midnight. I told them even if the staff is not available it’s fine keep it on I can fill it my self . Like me there are 8-9 more people complaining about the same everyday. Bt still same thing every day . Either they say machine is not working or every second day they turn off the machine and put board of “under maintenance ”. This is highly unprofessional by the staff and petrol pump owner . Shell is such a reputed company but owners and stuff like this spoil the brand name.

This petrol pump has own petrol-diesel name V-power , it,s quality is good. Also this pump have facilities like oil check/change , servicing , snacks like chips , biscuit , cold drink etc. Air filling facility also available here. Recently "paytm" payment facility started.

The petrol quality is excellent and the services are also excellent. Even the mechanics prefer shell petrol for regular usage and even shell oil. They also give the services of changing the oil in your bike. The best thing I noticed is that they encourage women employment as well as they also appericiated specially challenged people and I applaud their efforts.

Expensive products including expensive gasoline and diesel. However apparently the quality is good. The one thing that I really like is that they employ individuals who are with special needs - Kudos to this place for this! I dislike the way they treat as VIP the persons buying the premium version of the fiel.

Properly maintained. Pros: 1. Humble and courteous staff. 2. Big space to allocate multiple vehicles. 3. Wide entrance and exit. 4. Petrol quality is good. 5. Always sets the counters to Zero and requests to customers to verify. Cons: 1. The queue can be maintained more efficiently. 2. Card payment takes ages. Same person fills the fuel and at the same time takes payment. This adds to delays and queues. 3. Often this place is short staffed and there are long queues. 4. Fule here is way costlier than others.

THEY STEAL YOUR 💰!!!!! My car is WagonR vxi and petrol tank is of 28L max and travels 475km in it. At many occasions I have fueled my car at shell trusting it. But then for sometime I started to notice their meter shows filling 30L of petrol but my tank's max 28L. Tbh I have heard many people say they manipulate the meters to earn big B's 💰

Three time very bad experience. 1, 2500 balance shell card changed by employee, and given zero balance card. 2. Stuck on 2 o'clock in Ahemedbad due to poor fitting of CHAMBER protection plate, during oil change work, 3, recently ,lost coolant(Rs,1600), container found totally empty, poor fitting of drain bolt of radiator. 4. Can not contact by given phone number.
