    Worst place to stay, even though pay high maintenance. Power and water problems since last 2 months which not resolving and only giving excuses. What is the use of such amenities when there is water problem throughout the day.

    It's in umbergaon, a big Residential complex with amazing amenities, it has a lake nearby with jogging track for morning and evening walks. The flats are well constructed and connectivity via road is also great

    Daily water problem. Water quality is not good. Daily water cutout for 5 to 7 hrs.

    Its ok ,Not that preferred in xase of facalities, as Water is not available 24hrs.Also Electricity power cut problem is happening more frequently where Lifts are available. Culture wise its good, All festivals were celebrated together, 24 Hr security gatekeepers,watchmen available.

    The place is good but how they are build this is not organise way,very small swimming pool and small gym in compare of total flats and building are there,also there is most of the small room in the flats.
