Jst read my story very much bad management my grandmother got full left side paralysed i took her in strecher for MRI & XRay and i payed amount of both.When i returned to hospital thery r calling me n saying sir humlog Xray krna bhul gaye aap vaps aa skte ho patient ko leke, how can you be so much irresponsible for half paralysed 80 years women n how can you tell tht sir vaps leke aao very much bad management please don't go even your doctor suggest you to go

MOST PROMINENT DIAGNOSTICS IN MIRA-BHAYANDAR ? This isn't a pathology lab, it's a business institution that solely focuses on money making tactics. I highly doubt their staff's ability in this profession because they are unskilled in something as basic as the blood drawing procedure.The patient was jabbed with a 90% angle to draw the sample blood that resulted in a clot formation. While they lack such basic skills, something else that's worthy of mentioning is, the fact that they will persuade you to fall prey to their trickery. As the results of an infamous lab are potentially valueless to a serious patient who's life is directly related to the treatment the doctor will recommend based on the report. I and many others have had such experience, they'd convince you to make payments for the most credible company's report to eventually know that the report they give you is of their in-house lab but at the cost of the most credible company's report available. I even tried speaking to their staff to report the same but only to realise that nobody cared since the payment was made in advance. That's when you realise you've been defrauded.

Located in near to mtnl office bhayander West.. Worst service.. Email facility is not available.. Taking about staff bad reply.. All the staff look talk like illiterate... Sonography department is specially worst... Ambience is small..

We had come from Vasai, been to the diagnostic centre almost after 4 years, the ambiance they had earlier was superb, but it seems now it's only about collection of money and nothing else, the place sting as if you are around a public toilet, the counter staff are pathetic, no smile no acknowledge at all, If the management are seriously know the value of "Reviews", than its high time they either improve with the service, or continue their legacy for unprofessional work. I agree Metropolis and even a normal diagnosis is far better than the so named Porwal.

Clean and hygiene centre supportive staff got report in half an hour .All test facility available here parking not available bikes get towed within 1 0r 2 hours

Never visit porwal for sonography it’s very worst place n they never close d door of doctors cabin for sonography all d men come there n bee talking to sister sister is very rude there n my humble request to all plz don’t visit for sonography there very bad experience👎👎

The services and reporting at the Centre was pretty smooth and accurate. We have never received a wrong report at the Centre unlike many centres. They don't offer big discounts but the quality of the services justify the price to me personally.

Very poor diagnostic center.. I came here 1st time as on 1st June 2020 for USG OBST NT scan at 6 pm. as on time no doctor available because of I already take priority appointment, and you have to billing first at the counter. I paid Rs.1500 than wait out side for doctor 1 & half hours and also counter staff is not proper trained unprofessional persons not cooperative us properly. Testing price is too high compaire to other diagnostic lab. Even I called today enquiry for ANOMALY scan price (16th june 2020) this is also too high compare to other lab. They charge anomaly scan Rs. 2000 instead of 1500 because of rest of all labs the scan price is 1500 only. (in mumbai any lab) So guys don't visit there any more.......

The place is good we'll in hygiene but they do not accept any kind of online payment like Paytm Google pay or phonepe they just accept cash or card till now so be aware!

Very poor service. When you see people in pain they are hardly interested. Doctors arrive late. Reception is poor having chit chat and playing with each other. Very sad. Please if you are able to bear pain or anyone of your family members go here. If not treat them somewhere else.

X ray techanician is not available upto now. Even timing is 8 am. I am waiting for 45 minutes.

I have been coming here from last 2 years for test and diagnostics and i must say they deliver their report on time. In my most cases they even get my report earlier when asked due to urgency. The staff are polite and understands patients report importance and deliver on time. Once I left my wallet at the counter while paying my bill through credit card and i forgot my wallet at counter and they took care of my wallet and returned me after i coming out of ECG room.

Worst diagnostic centre ever visited.. MBMC should visit and check it once.. The staff is horrible with non working machines.. They make patients wait (who have to fast before testing) for whole day for the scanning tests.

Doctor doesn't know how to behave with patients and think he is only radiologist in the world very bad behaviour. Does not have basic sense of how to behave with human beings. Umesh mudaliyar very impunctual with time also.

Staff is not qualified My mother is a cancer patient she went for test the staff told her that the tests requires fasting...the next day when the their person came home to collect blood he told that no fasting is required for the test... They wasted our time ,money also we had to cancel appointment with our doctor at Tata hospital.. What kind of treatment is this.... especially with a cancer patient

Time was mentioned wrong, reception people mention the time correct but the doc or person who performs the diagnosis are way late, waited for over 1 hour and 20 mins just to get one single test done. Need to improve on timing and schedule adherence. If patient is in pain or need fast assistance it will be too late and things might turn critical.
