Worst customer service. We kept waiting for more than half an hour none of them cared to ask for any service. I hope they treat the customer better.

Very much disappointment with ambience as there was no Air circulation and I. was feeling suffocated.. and No Covid protocol was maintained which is very important .. no one were wearing mask including store manager and sales person’s and there was no sanitizer kept in the store… Also making charge was more which is 23% that too for small stud (earrings)..

Yesterday we visited Malabar Gold and diamonds, Hubli and since we are very old customer of Malabar and the staff was also good they helped us to choose the best ..especially Fatima who helped me to select the designs. Thank you Fatima. Thank you Malabar Gold and diamonds

Worst customer service ever! I visited the shop couple of times hoping that the customer service would have improved but I was proved wrong every single time. No one cares about the customer even if they see you wait for hours. And when you ask anyone to attend you, they have reasons. They always mention they have too many customers and staff is less. In that case, why don't you guys hire more employees? Also, for such a huge showroom, they have one billing counter only. You need to wait for hours to bill the product you brought. Next, they do not have AC working for like 3 months. In that case, at least set up more fans. They hardly have fans in the shop. It is burning hot summer in Hubli, it was suffocating to sit there. How do you expect the customer to have a smooth shopping experience in this case? PLEASE IMPROVE!

I had an unpleasant experience with Ali and his team. I would like to reiterate and highlight my genuine feedback about Ali and his team here. Also, the way he interacts with customers isn't at all satisfactory. The reason why I'm writing this review here is to convey my opinions to people like me not to go and shop here, especially for wedding purchases. I really want to explain a few very important misbehaviour from Ali and the team. 1. Poor customer service 2. Poor time management in terms of billing and delivery 3. Poor coordination between teams. 4. Rude behaviour...etc 5. A huge % of charges (Making) will be levied on gold and diamond shop. I would recommend my friends and family not to waste your hard money by visiting this branch.

We recently bought necklace from here and we had the best experience. They had very good collection compared with other jewellers in the city and even gave us good discount at the end. Malabar offers a very elegant range of designs. The customer care is top-notch. Ms. Fathima is our go-to staff person. She is polite and understands the requirements.The staff goes an extra mile to make the shopping experience pleasant. I am a regular customer of malabar. It's just awesome and collection are really good. We went for long and short antique necklaces. And the sir who was guiding us was very good. Usually it used to be very rush but when we went it was very calm and we could see all collection with plenty of time.

Gold wise everything is fine but customer service is very poor. When we visited it's not much crowded. We waited on chair watching here there in shop. After 10mins someone came and attend us. He is also not much attentive and showing something else except what we asking. They have to improve customer care and service. It's very bad experience.

The staff behaviour is not good. Especially the manager is worst. Had Bad experience.

Poor service... as I read the same complaint I faced, we purchased neckless worth 3.4L which was convertible into bhaju band also. While First usage of neckless tying chain was broken, as I requested store manager to repair, he blaming us not using properly ( if you cont give service never blame costomer, its only item of some percent of incentive for you but we completely own that ornament and highlyresponsible than you as we paid full amount for the ornament, then i shown the quality of the tying chain, he insisted to replace the chain with higher strength, I asking you people that why that poor quality chain with 45 gram neckless. While you selling you have to give options,I have to lose making charges for old chain and new chain making charges have to be paid.. it's your mistake that I have to pay making charges twice.. you think is it fair, as reputed nation wide brand like you

Poor quality.. chain got cut into 3 pieces just in a week... When we went back to Malabar asking the same.. lost all trust the way manager responded/handled the situation... Can't Trust Malabar anymore.. manager starts directly blaming the customer without thinking twice .. common sense.. if you don't know customer service... atleast please use common sense while dealing with customer

Poor phone connectivity. I have ordered to make jewelry at the store and I stay far away from Hubli. When I asked during advance payment I was told that I can call them before actually visiting store to pick up the item so that I can be sure if the item is ready or no. But now I have been calling them for 2 days straight to all the 3 landline numbers provided and no one is answering my calls.

Worst! worst!! Worst!!! experience in my life. No one cares. We were there on 03/04/22 to buy Gold and diamonds, not vegitables. There was no manager at store. They made us to one hour to wait after the payment process was done. How irresponsible andsand careless management. A Mallu guy, as he was the incharge, he promised me to wait for another two minutes to clear the bill, again they made me to wait one hour. Horrible experience, strongly recommend you to don't go to the store.
