We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful place and the services given by the hotel were amazing, specially, the housekeeping staff was very courteous. Muzzafar sheikh, yaqoob & Zahoor Ahmad from house keeping took good care of cleanliness and any services . Must stay and enjoy this place and the hospitality and Ofcourse food.

Good location. Beautiful mountain views.Food is good. The staff was courteous to offer us dessert from buffet inspite of ordering alacart.went for a foot massage treatment, not a good experience as there was repair happening and a lot of nice. The spa manager was generous to offer the massage free of cost. Overall a good enjoyable stay.

I recently stayed at Pine and Peak and the hotel is beautiful. The staff if extremely cordial and welcoming. Special mention to Mr Surjeet Singh, the security guard who ensured our safety and assisted us. Even late at night when we went out for a stroll, he looked after our safety. All in all a wonderful stay with commendable staff and food.

Food is just about fine too, you can sit on the Sahil and enjoy the tea coffee there Iqra from Restaurant is very hospitable, I went there with my 3years kid and we were waiting for my husband as he was busy we didn't feel we are at hotel but we feel we are at home when we reached to hotel my baby were vomating but with in no time the security guard came and took my baby in his arms and took a good care one must say 'WOW' very thankful that guard I would love to mention his name but unfortunately I didn't remember. We had an absolutely fantastic time at this hotel in Pahalgam! The view was simply epic, with majestic mountains and a soothing river flowing right next to the property. The live barbecue by the river created the perfect ambiance for our evenings. And let me tell you, the spa was an absolute game-changer. They worked wonders on a severe muscle spasm I had with a banger 90 minute hot stone massage! I can't thank Ahil, Gowher, Fayaz, and Chef Tejas enough for their exceptional care and making our stay truly memorable. They went above and beyond to ensure we had the best time. We're already planning our next visit because this place has stolen our hearts. Bonus points for the best Mutton Roghan Josh we have ever had!

The location is great with plenty of places to walk/trek to. The rooms are large and very comfortable. They were well serviced daily. The staff are many and go about doing their work but in an impersonal way. Javed, at the door was welcoming with his warm smile. The dining room is the area that needs some attention. There are plenty of staff but the noise level and the manner in which they operate is chaotic. The managers shout out orders to the staff not mindful of the guests. Finally the food is a disaster. We were on an a la carte menu. The chef should take a refresher course on preparation of food and the meaning of the word 'gristle'. The food was generally pieces of boiled meat dipped in various gravies. It was brought to the attention of the staff and managers but i got the impression that it really did not matter.

We recently stayed here. It was a wonderful experience. Each & Every staff is courteous, polite & prompt. Chef Manish constantly checking with us about food and feedback on the same. The food was too good. Front desk officer Mr Anees was very helpful and very cooperative for all our requirements. Excellent Hotel! Hotel location is surrounded by beautiful scenery and snow capped mountains. Beautiful ambiance with indian heritage interior. Loved the stay very much. Breakfast, evening buffet are one of the best. The spread and quality is amazing. Service and staff is big plus. Staff is very helpful. Staff like Chef Manish preparation of food is amazing. Excellent property with excellent hospitality by complete staff at ITC. We are today checking out with heavy heart. Completely enjoyed our stay with beautiful rooms super food and best hospitable staff right from checking in at the reception to housekeeping and security team. The staff at restaurant are super. Mr Lateef, Rafi , Showkat , Rolf , all the chef for best food we eat. The entire team has been superb. not a single staff we came across who was not hospitable. We had the pleasure of a 2 night stay in 2 rooms from 23-25 Dec 2023. It was truly enjoyable experience. Amazing staff, all of whom were always very attentive and went above and beyond throughout our stay. Special mention to Jawed, Aamir, and Fayaz from the restaurant for their genuinely friendly and attentive service. They always went beyond their job to make sure of and anticipate our every need. Not to forget the hotel reception and concierge desk for their friendly service. I will recommend this hotel for any vacation stay.

The best place to stay in Kashmir, we fell in love with the property right from its interiors to the vast natural beauty around the place. The staff was very hospitable and we received an exceptional service during our stay. I’d like to mention Surjeet Singh from security who ensured we were safe in the cold weather and was very kind and polite to interact with and performed his duties diligently. Absolutely recommend spending a couple of nights here to enjoy the natural beauty and views Pahalgham has to offer.

One of the best places to stay in Kashmir.. must visit amazing staff and helpful staff. I went with 2 kids 5 and 1 and they had an amazing time. Again would give credit to the staff from security guards to the waiters it has been amazing. I would surely be coming again.

Five star experience to the “T “ Outstanding stay , delicious food and very friendly and helpful staff ! Chef Om Prakash & Chef Abbas mesmerized us with delectable Kashmiri preparations .We enjoyed our stay and we were thoroughly pampered by the staff headed by Mr Fayaz . The entire staff extended themselves and made our stay very comfortable and memorable !

Simply marvelous....Beautiful property, very pristine and has one of the best locations in Pahalgam...Mind-blowing service and excellent food. There are gazebos and tables to sit out overlooking the river. You are so close to the main market but yet in absolute isolation just across a tiny bridge, amidst the lush green on the foot of a hill. It was an unparalleled experience !

Stay at this property was highlight of our Kashmir Trip, the property is centrally located and easily recognised by everyone in Kashmir. Upon arrival we were warmly hosted by reception and offered welcome drinks. Pros- Fantastic taste and service of food by restaurant, breakfast spread was vast and live counter was busy but still provided great service. Complimentary evening snacks at their cafe was quite a good hospitable gesture. Interior and exterior of property though vintage was fully equipped to tackle sub zero temperature and immensely  beautiful. Tip- their in room dining menu has a combo from various cuisine which offers various dishes in one package perfect for 2 people. cons- no complains from any kind of service Tip: the basic category room doesn't not have balcony but request reception for garden view rather than pine forest view

Great property, very friendly and helpful staff. Met first lady hostess in J&K- Ms Asmat, great kid, ever so ready to help our not so young group( average age 75 years). Well done, my child.

As can be expected, the sprawling hotel is located somewhat away from the town centre. Well appointed room and bathroom. Dinner and breakfast buffet are good. Ample car parking is available.

Pros: Property Location is good Staff is Courteous Very clean property Cons: Billiards table broken and no ventilation Bathroom very small for a superior room Price is very very expensive, I mean ₹5000 plus tax for bonfire (woods only per couple) does not feel worth the price, if you want to spend some time outside. Or even ₹500 plus tax PER HOUR for cycling, it feels like once you are in the property you are stuck.

Gorgeous property - you’re a little removed from the busy streets and surrounded by pine trees and a clear view of the river. A quick walk out to the main road takes you on a path parallel to the Lidder river which is stunning. The hotel has a wonderful tea service in the afternoon and the restaurant serves some pretty great multi-cuisine food.

Excellent experience. We stayed here for 3 days in mid August. The hotel is beautiful and provide all the necessary amenities. We opted for mountain view rooms. The hotel has a big garden where you can spend good time watching the beauty all around.

Brilliant service.. came here with my 8 month old infant.. support was brilliant.. allowed us to have a good vacation despite the normal chores associated with an infant.. everyone from the front office to the dining staff and the room service staff were exceptionally helpful.. couldn’t recommend this place more..

The Property exteriors are serene & nice. It gives you u a great feel, The reception cum lobby area is warm & well done & gives you a feel that you will have equally great rooms but the hapiness is short lived. The rooms arent worth the price you pay for & the washrooms are pathetic & tiny. It seems the washrooms werent renovated since the property was built. The food is average & the breakfast time seems like a total mess. Nothing is organised , the staff are lost. When any guest finishes the breakfast & the staff sees anoter guest taking the seat. They just clear the table & dissapear until u ask to atleast keep cutlery & serve water. The diner meals were okish. They need to improve a lot on food taste and services. The lawns are beautiful & we enjoyed our teas sitting out in the lawns. But its not the lawns we are paying for.. we pay for quality stay & comfort which is totally missing. The washrooms need a complete rebuilt & rooms need proper refurbishing & maintenance. Only great service we got was at the bonfire which we booked for the evening. Overall not worth the price being charged for the stay.

This is the best property i have ever stayed at. Brilliant rooms and what a brilliant property. You wont feel like stepping out. Its located in a secluded pine forest overlooking the valley and lidder rive with tasteful gardens and huge sprawling lawns. The lipsmacking food at the restaurants is very costly but so is the taste and service. Impeccable and superb. Its pricey but its completely worth it. If you are wanting a true blue five star stay go for this itc pine n peak in pahalgam. It has well become one of the best properties i have stayed at.

Contrary to other ITC hotels, I was very disappointed with Welcomhotel Pine n Peak for a few reasons. Firstly, getting to the actual hotel is a pain as there is no signage whatsoever until just 50 metres from the hotel. This can be troublesome for people who arrive at night, such as our family, as visibility is minimal when the roads are not lit. Having a bit more signage before entering the hotel would significantly help drivers and guests. Secondly, the food was not on par with our expectations. As a 5 star hotel, we expected 5 star quality food from the buffet breakfast and the dinner, which guests would have to pay for. When we arrived at the hotel for dinner, we were disappointed that the food just lacked the taste and quality you would expect from an ITC hotel but with the prices of an ITC hotel. Especially when you’re paying close to 18K rupees for a room, you would expect just a little bit more. However, despite this, there was a variety of both western and Indian food during the buffet breakfast. Thirdly, and this is just a very small thing, is about the temperature of the water from the shower. Pahalgam and Kashmir as a whole has very cold weather, so having a hot shower before you start the day or before you sleep is essential. The temperature of the water on the first day was very good and we all were able to have a very nice shower. However, on the second and third day of our stay, the water went from hot to just lukewarm. It’s a small issue, but I feel that it must be mentioned considering that for the amount you pay you shouldn’t have issues like these. I hope ITC is able to act on the issues we found with Pine N Peak. I wouldn’t say to avoid this hotel as we did have a good stay with them. However, for the price that we paid, we really felt like we could’ve stayed at another hotel around the area.

One of the best hotels I have visited in India, has wonderful and respectful staff who are always there to help you out whenever needed. The guards there are very wholesome and and fun to talk with, with interesting backgrounds. Highly recommend It and thank you for all the memories by the staff and especially the guards!
