The clinic is all very clean and they are following all covid protocols.

Visited for treatment of acne during 2019. Doctor told me treatment would take 6 months time. Used medicine for 6 months and acne was treated well. But in place of acne I got open pores on my skin. Each pimple used to stay for 3-4 weeks. I had acne from 2015-2019, but never had an open pore even after pimple broke out. So I stopped using medicine. After COVID 1st wave, again acne started appearing on my face. doctor gave me an ointment to reduce pimples. But I am not interested to use that because I need to go for open pores reduction treatment again if pores on my face increases. Daily stress levels were going high just because of these large pores. But no one gives a concern now, I don't have enough money now to consult again. I don't want to disclose my original name, so writing this from another account. No follow up call from clinic after 1st visit...i had contacted them through google chat also but no call back...worst reception staff and zero coordination... Doctor M Jyothsna is very polite, welcoming and friendly. She allocates good amount of time to counsel the patient and explain the treatment procedure very clearly and patiently...transparent Problem is with the staff in the reception area... 1. They sort of dilute the efforts of Doctor by underselling the service. They are forgetting the fact that they are selling a service. One of the staff was asking me to pay some advance amount for PRP treatment...I told her I take 1 or 2 days to decide about treatment and then I will make payment. She - no problem sir...you pay some advance amount and if you don't want to proceed with PRP, you can buy any of our products in pharmacy. doctor జ్యోత్స్న clearly explained me the procedure and the front office staff are denting the efforts of doctor...🤦‍♂️ why would I just buy a product and go when I came for PRP. Most annoying thing is continous chit chat or animated discussion among 3 front office executives and maids...it's so awkward and annoying for me as someone who visited clinic for first time.... NO FOLLOW UP CALLS FROM THEIR TEAM..
