This place is a one-stop destination for leisure, lifestyle and adventure activities like ropeway, zig-zag zip line, hiking treks, etc. It is a huge place located in the hills and mountains covered with beautiful pine trees. Excellent services, courteous and helpful staff. Amazing restaurants with wide variety of delicious food items. View over there is mesmerizing. Overall a best place to have a thrilling and marvelous experience.

Stayed for two nights. Massive property, courteous staff, great food! Stayed in a premium room, apt for 2, a big no for 3 adults. Rooms are beautiful with tonns of wood work. Food is delicious and freshly prepared. Perks- gondola ride, zip line among others. Lot of open area for evening or morning stroll. Loved it.

It was an awesome experience and the view there was ethereal and mind-boggling. I was afraid of that wire ride which they called tubing but the briefing given there by the team especially by a guy named Anil Chand and other Partap was helpful and it became an awesome experience. You must all visit there to feel the majestic glory of the nature

I would highly recommend this property. Starting from the check in time till check out, I would rate it 5star. The moment we checked in , we were briefed about the facilities and services provided by them. I have not seen such briefing even in five star hotels. Staff is too courteous and the instructors of the activities make you feel comfortable. I did zip line, mountain biking and rope way. Everything was perfect. Instructors of mountain biking were too good. They took us to the village and made the biking so much fun. We did bonfire at night which was an amazing experience.

Location : 5 stars Staff : 10 stars Rooms : 5 stars Washrooms : 5 stars Breakfast : 5 stars This is really a world class experience that one must have if they visit J&K Rooms are placed at different locations but carts will make your life very simple and joyful. Gondola ride is life time experience. Rest of the activities like zipline, magic carpet are also really good. Breakfast includes dosa, idly, omelette, toast, butter, puri baji… sambar is super crazy. If you are a South Indian do not expect spicy food, try enjoying the local taste. Food : 4 stars because not too many varieties of non veg, especially mutton. They need to look in to non veg part as they were not up to the mark. Christmas gift by the manager was too welcoming, I loved it. Location will push you in to peace and happiness, one among the best that I’ve seen so far. A proper family place. Only thing which bothered me was food and no alcohol service which is not effecting the rating anyway. On the whole great great work by UPEN ANAND and peers, keep giving the service, I will keep spreading. Great job and a very very big thank you to you guys.

We experienced the gondola ride, the magic carpet and the dry tubing activities. The gondola ride and dry tubing were amazing. The magic carpet was more like an escalator without stairs. Otherwise, the security and people are very professional here. Kudos to that!

My stay at skyview was great. The rooms and service was really good. The staff arranged new year party along with food which was the perfect new year celebration experienced between mountains. Had fun in activities they have along with Gondola ride which was the highest I have ever experienced. For activity zigzag zipline was one of the best experience. This was only possible with the help of instructors. The instructors and the support staff for activities are super helpful and generous. Would definitely recommend this stay for relaxation and adventure.

Started our vacation at Skyview resort on sour note. Gondola ride was complimentary for us but when we went for it, guards at the entry gate were not sensitive. We were in line to take the ride but when it was our turn, some other family jumped the queue. When the same reported to guards, they kept ignoring us as if they knew the family who jumped the queue and knowingly allowed them and started to justify their actions. We were expecting great time here but left disappointed with the staff behaviour. Property is good no doubt but basic training on hospitality would help the brand to do better and in turn better customer satisfaction.

Very poor service by gondola rides people. Both the persons at gondola rides has given personal favour to their known by skipping us from the queue and given priority to them. We called these 2 people 5 times but they completely ignored us and allowed them to take ride first . Very very poor experience. Interestingly we were their hotel guest and their known weee just there for gondola rides. I told very clearly to them if you do this I am gonna complain , they ignored this as well. As loss is of owner of the property not of these two employees . Our room - 102, 105 and 106

Its one of the best place in my trip if u ever came ma vaishno devi or nearby area then this place is hardly 2 hour away. And a worth it place the ropeway is the best and overall ambiance is also worth a view with a blend of natural Beauty . Everything was 10/10 But i guess the pricing is quite high The overall ticket pricing is ok with the service they provide but the food pricing should be lil lower But it's a good experience overall Loved the place Will visit again

Great view. But very expensive for the activities and the gandola. It just doesn't make sense to charge 1000 rs for cable car and then another 800-900 for each of the simple activites like zip lining or tube slide. The park ambience is good But the food options are almost not there . There was just one resteraunt functional, with pathetic service.

A complete adventure destination for the lovers of nature and solitude.

The return gondola ride had to be suspended because of bad weather and they kept on procrastinating about arranging alternate mode of transportation for large number of guests who were kept waiting till late in the evening. When people started vociferous protests they hurriedly packed us like sardines in small shanty vehicles for on ward transportation. There was no concern about our safety due enroute bad weather conditions. A Very bad experience for an expensive ride cost. It speaks a lot about unprofessional attitude of resort owners.

The experience of 2.8 km highest gondola ride in Asia is a must not miss activity. Longest Zip line is a must do activity for adventure lovers.... Food in sky cafe is too good especially veg sandwich and french 🍟

The banana tree restaurant experience is pathetic. We had ordered a fixed meal and they took 1 hr to serve us a simple meal. Why book a fixed meal when you can't deliver in time. Waste of money and time to visit banana tree restaurant.

The moment me and my family entered the gates of the property we knew our stay would be good.. We entered the gates and checked in with a 10 minute wait. We were greeted by a warming view which Is described by the name.. Skyview.. beautiful view and a definite recommendation for a family visit.. We got our keycards but before we saw our rooms we took the Gondola ropeway to Natha top with a sudden change in weather and temperature.. The breeze was pleasant though the air was dry.. We are some magi after climbing quite a lot of steep stairs and taking pictures with the surrounding scenery.. We made our way back down to the premises of Skyview via ropeway and took a buggy back to our rooms which upon entering were beautifully furnished. The bathrooms were clean and quite spacious and the design of the room looked promising just by looking at it from the outside. There was also a note ensuring us a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The ropeway services are open seemingly till 5-5:30 in the evening, so do keep that in mind.. We ate dinner at around 8 and we were greeted by the staff in a welcoming way as they directed us towards our seats.. There was a DJ and a dance floor for families to have fun.. The food was mostly good with a starters menue and a buffet.. The food was well prepared. We headed to our rooms by a buggy as we didn't want to tore ourselves by going down the hill to our room. We had a good night's rest on the big beds of the deluxe and the suite rooms as I approached to eat a quick night snack, the cookies which were given to us with other itineraries in a gift hamper. The next morning we quickly got ready to head for breakfast.. The food was again well prepared.. though the staff forgot our orders and we had to tell him again as he politely said that the food was on the way.. Courteous staff, though they are from nearby villages just surrounding the property.. They seem to have been trained. We headed to our rooms after performing activities such as the magic carpet which is a typical escalator which was placed on a steep slope, and tube sledging which was quite fun aswell.. We went back to our rooms at around 11:45 and the staff members politely requested us to get ready to check out.. seemingly their property has engaged the attention of many tourists who come here during the holidays more often.. We gave the staff our room cards and loaded our luggage into our car.. we quickly checked out the shop hands of gold from which we purchased a couple of things. The staff was very engaging and welcoming.. as we left we informed the management about us checking out and taking the ropeway to patnitop one way from where we would leave the property while still enjoying the pure air. They allowed our plans to undergo and we took our car to leave the memorable experience..

Judging by other reviews, I can't say much about this place but I can definitely say that it's name is justified. I had a school picnic after 4 years with my friends. It's very peaceful, beautiful, air is fresh. Other activities such as magic carpet, zipline, tubing were good but the best part was the Gondola. According to them this is Asia's tallest gondola in terms of ground clearance, had a lot of fun. Food was also good.

Location and the whole experience was amazing, the only negative is that it is exorbitantly expensive. We had the food from the cafe which everyone enjoyed, the views were breathtaking. We did experience power shutdown mid-way on the cable car which made us all a bit nervous but the generators kicked in 3 minutes to our relief! Tubing sledge was only for 2-3 mins but costs Rs 900 approx. We would highly recommend if money is not an issue.

Poor Services. Inexperienced staff. Was travelling with my 1.5 year old baby, nothing on the menu for the baby. No effort taken by staff aswell to provide something eatable. At best a 3 star hotel if skyview cannot even provide tea at 7am. Will not revisit!

This place is really beautiful and amazing. This is one of the most adventures places in India. Here we can travel through mountains using rope way services. Here we have two stages in rope way. For first stage everybody can go and reach a height for the beautiful view of kashmir, when it comes to second stage it is said to be risky, because the temperature at second stage is more lower. Kindly suggesting that people having health issues like heart issues should not dare to reach second stage. Ok keeping safety a side. The mountains and icebergs over there were amazing. If you like my review hope you like it.

Gandola is functional. So far they have promised to start at 11 AM. Not much of a crowd. Lovely spot to spend a sunday. The restaurant is good and reasonably priced.

Pethetic Experience. They don't have any First-aid and have many type of issues in electricity when you ride in Ropway They will hang you any where in sky, and 10 minutes ride they will taken more then 50 minutes. Whenever you go and take any activity please take precautions.

Nice experience. Fare seems to be a bit high. Better to travel from Chenani to Patnitop as more parking space is available at Chenani. Also, they have other adventure sports activities here.

Convenient way to visit patnitop in snow, well maintained. Parking space is ample, avoid traffic jams due to snow as you ride skyview ropeway well before kud.

Ticket prices are too high (even luggage are chargeable). Most of times they are shut down so don't bother to get return tickets as you may not be able to avail them and the management would show u the long list of Terms and conditions. If it's windy the gondola would be closed, question is whether it's safe as in the mountains any time winds may blow, so if system isn't solid accident may happen any time. AVOID.

One of the best experience we ever had. Must try when ever you are there. The food tasted too good and v reasonable price.

Checked 2021 offer via call with skyview twice on 29th Dec and all is good till u reach their point. Once reached, adventure sports not available. Then they told that winter carnival is active down which is not really when u reach down. No crowd really in the place and only rope ride is what they r trying to sell with all the lies.
