Very good hospital, all services as Blood bank, Blood lab, X-ray, ct scan, MRI, and all types of doctor's, we can say all types of medical services under one roof,pathalogy lab is nominated by reputed agency's, appointment before one day is best service we will save much more time. The doctors are very good but there is a serious need of improvement in OPD for registration and Queue management , the pharmacy department also needs to be on their toes . It took me 45 minutes to get the medicines . I even had the worst experience with the phone number on Google.com the phone number is incorrect .

No coordination in the doctor and nursing staff. Management is very poor. Doctors are experienced but due to more number of patients, they do not have any personal touch with the patient. they do not care to check the patients seriously. Completely based on tests and reports. Discharge process takes approx 6 hrs once initiated. They will charge for the 6 hrs also. The nursing staff is the worst and no coordination at all. Please do not go on the huge hospital building. Hopeless hospital. They charge you extra 30-40% if you're admitted in special room and less charges if you're opting for general ward. Highly commercialized. Shame they are using a name of a great person.

Messive Hospital in City, Well maintained and cleanliness is at par. Equipped with good amenities as well. Has a good Canteen serving quality food. Ample Parking available for two and four wheelers in Basement level.

You got the nearly all health releted service under the one roof. Specifically I recommend the dentist, because my own experience about Root canal is wonderful, still I didn't get any issue about that. And yes for older people are very good service for their regular chek up about Blood pressure and suger is good here. Once you get the check up you will Reciseved report on the mail and whatsApp also in within 3 to 4 hours. And about money it's not so expensive service here. You get the treatment under the whole government related scheme and yes for that you get the reception table in the entry door. You get the all Information there.

This is a charitable trust. The hospital serves patients who cannot afford costly medical services. This is the place where they can get first class treatment despite being the underprivileged ones. World class equipments and expert and experienced doctors are always at service. Their volunteers are always ready to help with a smile. Staff is friendly and helpful. It's super clean and there is no peculiar hospital smell. One doesn't feel like they are in the hospital. Do avail the medical facilities here if you can't afford one yourself.

Hospital is good . All facilities are available but some doctor like Dr. Pophalkar need to learn how to talk with patients.. instead of scare them they must have to pamper them

Shameless administration and hopeless staff. They will never treat your patient to cure, their recovery agents will call you 4-5 times in a day to pay money even you have paid 75℅ of charges. Never get your patient here.

Dr are really good specially khadake madam vyavahare madam pilkhane sir chandake sir and each and every staff is best cleaning is awesome 👍 no any smell paking facilities are good Medical is bad really you have to wait for atleast 30 minute staff keeps chatting eachother bcz they all are on contract and don't have any attachments with hospital. Most important telephone booking person patil was worse really pathetic don't have manners to talk and when told that I will speak with your seniors he said ok go and complain. It means he knows that no one can take action on him. Management should take this seriously.....

Very bad service and they are not care about patients, if your close relatives need treatment then don't admit in hedgewar hospital. Doctors are not knowledgeable.Very bad and unprofessional service from doctor and also from medicine staff .All staff are very casual approach even they don't know the treatment of Neumonia patients . Very high risk for emergency patients. I will suggest to all don't admit your loved one . They don't care about our loved one and they are not specialist

Management need to be improved. Doctors need to be available on OPD time. Madecine department staff and systems speed to be improved. There is a better opportunity to improve, if your team can visit to Vinoba Bhave Civil hospital, Silvassa. The online system & staff are very fast to handle more than 10000 Paitient daily.

Mannerless reception staff.. OPD time was 10 am to 2pm instead of that they denied us to enter inside for check up

Experience of ortho department was very bad. Even if I am a doctor no respect was given. They told me to wait out side for about 45 min and there was no other patients there. I was told that doctor is in meeting though it was OPD hours

Special room section is a hell and not a hospital. Dr Hedgewar Hospital has servitude in ICU, but in special room it is worst. Nursing staff and housekeeping staff is very unprofessional. Even doctors also don't take any thing seriously. We have to take 5-10 rounds for nursing needs, housekeeping person are also very neglecting nature. On what basis Dr Hedgewar is charging too much for special room?? Definitely I will recommend people to take treatment at ICU it is best but I will never recommend to take special room. I have suffered very badly, patients are on high risk when shifted to special room.

Hedgewar doctors may be good in there jobs but they needs to improve with there greeting skills. If they will not talk with the patient nicely, patients will not feel to go there again. First job of doctors is to make there patients comfortable .
