I would give 0 stars if I could. So pathetic. I'll be precise here. Went to get a battery, it was in their warehouse, which took more than 2 hours to get. Then on trying that, when it didn't work, they blamed my device for being faulty!! Seriously, a device is faulty as the battery didn't work? Needless to say, I stormed out and got the 'Original' battery from another place and got it in reasonable time and that too much CHEAPER.

Mainly the place was nice attendants were also good but everything they sold at high price. Their phone no. Sometimes doesn't work especially the no. Given in Google maps!! Before 5years I had brought a new PC but the HDD was previously damaged. And soon entire PC dead. But the components that can be brought in only 5K they sell it in 11k.

They will provide you the best machine at the cheapest price possible. After sales service is too good. Service personnel are extremely courteous. Located near Link road it offers well connectivity and also has ample parking place. Highly impressed by their behaviour. Even open on Sundays till noon.

This is a huge toy store that probably everyone with kids has heard of. Huge variety of toys for kids of pretty much all ages. You can even find stuff like dart boards and foosball tables. That way it is well-stocked but one small caveat is that the toys, especially the more gimmicky ones don't always work. They have fairly a good exchange policy though. They try their best to not exchange and then they do( :D ) Even so going back to exchange a new toy is something that one doesn't always want to do. Salespeople are fairly knowledgeable where their products are concerned and more often than not are willing to provide demos where possible. The prices are quite high, but that is to be expected with a brand like this. Stay away if you're looking for toys on the cheap. Because it is so big, even rush hour at the store isn't a terribly stuffy/clumsy affair. It's brightly lit and feels inviting. It is on the 2nd floor of the Esplanade One mall, to the right of the escalator as you come up. If you have kids and don't mind the prices, you should visit.

Went to purchase a premium laptop of 75K. Below is my buying experience 👇🏻👇🏻 1- Started bargaining but owner refused. 2- Requested to less 1K as bcz other HP stores at BBSR selling same product 1K with less price. 3- Again requested the owner to if he won't be able to less me 1K then give some accesories. 4- The owner got angry and started argument. 5- I had to purchase that product as bcz the same model was not available in Cuttack city. 6- I have been told that I would get free wireless mouse from HP. They will register my details on HP website and the mouse will be delivered to my address. But when they generated my invoice after that I asked them for the mouse. They denied by telling that the offer has expired. I am not getting any wireless mouse from HP. So I had to purchase a mouse from them for my need. So here is the conclusion part - 1- Owner's actual behaviour is pretty bad. 2- Staff behaviour is good. 3- You won't get good treatment there. 4- False committment every time. Thats why the rating is so less than other IT shops in Cuttack. Its better to visit Computer professional. Trust me, you will be happy 👍🏻

Very poor service. Very bad staff. I bought a toy car on 8/10/19 for Rs24,000/_ First they gave the wrong charger. I had to make one trip on 9/10. After charging the car won't start. I have to make another trip to get it repaired. My son is disappointed. They also don't give user manual or warranty card with items purchased. I won't recommend the shop to anyone.
