Hospital at IIT Guwahati is good for only primary medication and health check up there are only few doctors available at night time and no proper medicines are available. For proper blood and urine test also the labs are not avilable. However it serves the purpose of first aid and general medical medicine of the residents of IIT ghy

Normal OPD service to other basic diagnostic facilities are available, in association with other diagnostic laboratory. Ambulance are available to commute from hostel to hospital or city hostel. Pharmacy shop is available for prescribed medicine.

One can get whatever medicine one wants. Doctors are cool they don't even ask why do you need, what are you suffering etc. Only thing is that one should not expect an expert openion from them they just don't know anything about medicine. Otherwise they are good human beings!

It's a saviour for your health facilities when you are inside the campus. It's open round the clock except national holidays and special declared by the institute. It's advisable to consult doctors from 8am to 8pm. Once the condition of the patient is diagnosed and found critical, they are immediately referred to specialised healthcare. Premier diagnostic centres are also attached to this healthcare facility.

Basic amenities are present wrt medical facilities, ambulance service 24*7 hours, different doctors providing their services.

Horrible ambulance response. I called at night, 2:20 a.m. It's 3 a.m now. I have been sitting here at the hostel for 40 minutes now. They don't pick up the phone and ignore all but super emergency calls. That is not what IITG ambulance is just made for.

This hospital is situated inside the beautiful campus of India institute of technology Guwahati. It provides preliminary and basic check ups for all health related problems. Hospital Staff members are quite cooperative and nice.

Very bad, most medical staff unqualified and even unwilling to offer needed help, bad hygiene, jungle hospital full of mosquitoes.

It's a hopital only for the people of IIT's resident , employee etc. not for outsider.it is well managed and maintained.Before visiting the hospital check the Doctors timing on the website.
