I visited this place for Fissure. Dr Chaitanya Shah checked and informed it's piles and needs surgery immediately. He gave me herbal medicine to consume till the date of surgery gets fixed. I really didn't want to go for surgery and was looking if it could be cured through medicine. I thought of taking 2nd opinion. So I visit Good Morning, Piles clinic in Dange Chowk. There doctor told me it's fissure and not piles. He prescribed me medication for 10 days and it got cured. Doctor said surgery is not needed as it can be cured by medication. My only suggestion is always take 2-3 opinions before going for surgery as it is expensive. Healing Hands quoted 1.5 lacs for surgery and no negotiation at all. Best clinic for the piles treatment. I had been suffering from piles from past few years. When I was studying in Canada, due to prolong sitting my problem got worse. It was very difficult for me to sit in one place for 4-5 hours. After thorough research I came across healing hands clinic in Chinchwad. Very worst experience. I have been operated for fistula in healing hands clinic on dt 22.4.23. After discharge I got suffering from pain in stomach and loose motions. After repeated 4 visits, Assistant doctors gave me only pain killers causing increase my trouble of pain and loose motion. At last I decided to take second opinion in vedant hospital chinchwad. It is learnt that due to bad operation my mussels at that place got totally weakened causing loose motion and due to heavy dose of pain killers there was pain in stomach. It means operation got unsuccessful and there is wrong treatment after discharge. Also I could not meet to main doctor in last 15 days. There are new Assist doctors available who knows nothing. Now I am taking treatment in second hospital to get rid from effects of wrong treatment and wrong operation. Please please never go to this healing hands hospital. Very very bad experience.Even fee taken by hospital is huge I. E. 180000 for operation and 1 day stay. For follow up you get new different assisttant doctor at every visit.

Very bad experience... I visited hospital when had severe pain.. they just want bakara for getting money. Checked me and took 1500/- I asked why so much fee they said 900/- for clicking pictures in my phone which I had not asked for. Given medicine at higher rate in their medical.. this all would be ok if I would have seen positive change. But I have not got even 10 percent result. Instead I got very much itching in surrounding area .. Dr checked me and said it is at 4 th stage . .how come it gone directly to 4 th stage even in 5 days pain I could not understand . Dr told me if you have insurance we will charge 1.2 lac for laser treatment..how ridiculous and cruel the doctor is for money... I will never suggest it... I went by seeing review online..but had very bad experience..I will request you go only when your dear or near one has good experience for doctor. Sometimes online reviews are fake and paid

I have been operated with piles at Chinchwad clinic. I am not satisfied with operation they had done. They had failed to comply with their commitment. They had done just opposite of what it is being informed to me before the operation. The doctors and staff are not qualified and don't have enough knowledge. Within 15 days the problem came back and the bleeding started , i had unbearable pain too. Don't go with the ratings, they don't even deserve one star. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.

I am Kunal. Last year I got to know that I am suffering from pilonidal sinus and I went through the surgery for the same at Chiplun. But even after following strict instructions given by the doctor after 8 months recurrence occurred. I was suffering from piles since from the lock down during second wave of covid, last year. At that time, the covid cases were at peak and I feared to visit the nearby clinic. This made it to aggravate, and later it became chronic. Overall arrangement was excellent.All COVID measure s ware taken care of. Service and treatment along with counseling was excellent. Courtesy and home feeling was excellent.

Myself Sujata Mahalank.. My husband was having piles problem since 4-5 years and initally he had a minor pain , but from over last 3 months it became severe. We were looking for piles treatment on google. Then we got to know about Healing Hands Clinic in Google. We consulted to Dr. Chaitanya Shah and discussed about the probelm he faced and planned for permanent treatment. First he advised to do MRI Fistulogarm then after all proper diagnosis of report we planned for laser treatment and within one day he got operated. Now he is absolutely fine. A very big thankful to the entire staff who was very polite and very cooperative at Healing Hands Clinic Chinchwad and Special thanks to Dr. Chaitanya Shah.

I will try to first address my health issue. 5 or 6 years ago I was diagnosed with pilonidal sinus got operated for that. At that time I was in Indore. After some time on n off i would experience pain for 2-3 days n then it will go. I did consulted a dr. Too while I was studying in jaipur, he said everything looks f9 no need to worry. So life went on got married had child then the problem came. Again same pain but this time it kept increasing day by day. I had pain and swelling. Also we didn't knew whom we should consult. So we googled and found that we are supposed to see a Proctologist and we got to names and thought to consult. Out of two names one was Healing Hands which was near to our house so we went there. There I got to know that it's recurring case of pilonidal sinus, also when they checked internally to see any spread of infection there, new things were discovered. I had over grown healed skin bcoz of fissures, fistula. I was told to do MRI as well to see the spread of infection. Means I went with one problem discovered new problems as well. Thankfully I went to a right place where DR. Chaitanya Shah explained details of what I problem is and about the treatment I would need. I got operated in December 2021. But after surgery I was told that it was not a recurring pilonidal sinus issue but the infection was bcoz of a thread left there by previous doctor during surgery. I am really happy i went there and got correct treatment for all my issues. I am thankful to Dr. Chaitanya Shah and his team and Dr. Harshada who checked me during post operation follow ups and took good care and explained how my wound is being healed. I am really really happy with the team of healing hands, chinchwad. And with gods grace everything is going good till date.

I have been operated by Dr Shah sir on 13th Aug 2022 for piles and fistula and I must say it was very good experience. Staff are supportive. As said in all other review comments that it’s painful process. But I must say post follow up is must and need to be done on timely basis. As per many comments I have heard that it gets healed in 4-5 follow up which means it should get healed in 45 days. But it my case it’s been more than month and already 5 follow up are done but it’s not completely healed. Also I have been advised that I would require more 2-3 follow up. So healing process might differ patient to patient Which in my case may extend to 8-9 follow up. So I would recommend Healing Hands whoever is having these issue but be also ready for lengthy healing process and pus discharge for 2 months.

Very nice clinic for the piles treatment. I had been suffering from fissures from last 1 year, I was suffering from seviour pain from few month, It was very difficult for me to sit in one place for 4-5 hours. After thorough research I came across healing hands clinic in Chinchwad. So i decided to take consultation from Doctor, Dr Chaitanya Shah was very kind and cooperative. He listened to my problems ,history and explained issse technically and practically, After the consultation doctor suggested for laser surgery. Although I was having tight schedule they managed the surgery as per my schedule, The surgery was approx 1 hr long. All staff including Dr Shruti, Dr Niza, and nurses was very kind and knoladgable. The clinic was well maintained and hygenic.

I am really happy and satisfied getting treated at Healing hands clinic. Best service and qualified team of doctors Mr. Chaitanya Shah, very well qualified, soft spoken. Dr. Shruti was always available for guidance and last but not the least Dr. Nizam Shaikh guided so well on the post operative care and medicine, he was also available throughout on phone for guidance The entire staff is so friendly and professional thanks for the excellent service. The clinic is very hygienic clean and the rooms and toilets not at all like a typical hospital.

Doctor chaitanya shah did very good treatment for piles and fissures. The staff is also very good..caring is very good . Doctor shaikh nizaf sir care a lot whole night they care too much.

Hello i am mr santosh mali just one year back i had problem of bleeding in stool and severe acidity also i couldent eat properly and i was always uncomfertable to seat anywhere i go then i got operated for piles at lokmnya hospital nigadi after that treatment my pain changed into very horrible phase and i got double sevearity and problems. Then i got info about healing hands clinic and i took treatment at healing hands clinic chinchwad today i completely got relief and so happy with my treatment i am really thankful to Dr chaitnya shah and all staff🙏💐

My personal experience was pathetic with this clinic. They do not respect your time and staff do not care even if you wait for 2 hrs for the doctor with a scheduled appointment. I doubt authenticity of the 5 star reviews posted .

I had been suffering from piles. I came across healing hands and did laser surgery. Now i am good. I would say that Dr Shah is very kind and he replies to my messages even late at night. I would recommend treatment over here.

They use the latest techniques. I had checked out other major hospitals in Pune and found this to be best.
