There are not enough gyming equipments available here, many of which are old machines. Gym area is medium not too big not too small, lack of management can be seen. Many new faces of non-members are seen occasionally, also many members hanging out doing nothing. This gym is for those who wants a medium daily workout it can be upgraded to high end workouts. Can increase rating if considered updation of equipment is done n proper management n cleanliness is maintained, also trainer and management should carry periodic checks who has entry pass n also eliminate those who are non members n those just not doing serious workouts . "GYM is the Temple for Body just not a place for Exercise". Gym is Good though but it can be the BEST.

Spacious Place for doing wrestling and a separate floor and room for gym. Filled with various equipments and experienced guides to motivate you to become the best body builder. Kusti is also taught to every age group. Small kids to bid one's. Rooms available too for staying. Food service available too. Great atmosphere for an inspiration provided for your health.
