Very poor Services. All the staff members are really very lazy and irresponsible. None of the staff members are interested in solving public issues. I think the employees are paid for chatting on whatsapp and for making personal calls to their loved ones. Even the branch and the branch manager are very poor as they don't even have a money to buy a good printer. In the world of competition where all the banks are offering home services for account opening, Bilimora branch federal bank is demanding zerox copies of documents from the customers itself. Mrs. Ritika Taneja (Branch Manager) should join a good academy and learn some management and leadership first rather than wasting time of premium customers.
