If you go in diamond section then u have to meet "Sudha" She is like pro or I might say ultra pro max in technical information about diamonds she is very polite and shows things as per our requirements. We bought jewellery costing 2.6 lakh and on most items, their service charge is 24 % which is very very high as compared to kala mandir , tanishq and Orra. We feel we were cheated through exorbitant service charges. Next time , we will prefer Kala Mandir or Tanishq. Thanks
