Worst Hospital for EMERGENCY. I lost My Husband . I went to this hospital one day before his death.My Husband was not well, but doctor told he is fine. The Next day My husband was very tierd ,falling down. I Went to EMERGENCY but they told , he is OK , Go Someother Hospital in Thanjavur. But they didn't inform the Current condition of my Husband.Even the duty doctor remained Silent. After on hour My Husband died in Ambulance on the way to Meenakshi Hospital, Thanjavur. Doctors in Meenatchi told you should have treated in Kumbakonam itself.You wasted Nearly 2hrs in journey. After 2 days I went to this hospital and said. The doctor told , I too had a doubt before. If you want to die go here.

Doctors are good. But attitude of nurses should improve, No Professionalism. Particularly the nurses at first floor , the way of their behavior is very worst and insulting the admitted patient and the attenders. Management should focus on it, we are paying for the treatments and their services. Pls consider it.

Two times my close relatives were admitted here for more than three days each .. Only for the doctors you can go here. Staffing and supervision is at the bottom most rating.. Few staffs are good still.. Others will treat you like ******** Especially the medical store staffs are most valunarable. Without asking anything these people will add more quantities to your bill. So whenever staff nurse give you the slip for buying the medicines take a photo of it, so that you can compare this slip to actual bill.. they won't return this slip to you for cheating purposes.

Ward boys demanding tips for every help. Not very satisfied with the treatment also. Doctors must explain patient's condition, further treatment plan and apprx total costs involved to the attender patiently. Rooms are good and clean.
