I gave my car for service 2 months ago .. and the way the customer experience handled there is quite good

Very very worst service from Pollachi showroom. Who is the responsibility for service in consolidated agents after, checking my vehicle inside found lizard,cat hairs,bad breathing simply told as this is not our work take yourself for cleaning and talks roudley am really disappointed this service some clicks attached for your reference is this reanult's service quality,,,,,and major they not pour whipercleaning liquid and coolant also asking about that this is the level and renault recommend I don't know renault customer is mad ( for kwid car 30 k kms bills 11thousand) but they delivery time command as new car per annum 2 to 3 thousand

Had a major flaw with Duster, was not able to rectify it in Bangalore or Coimbatore, where they replaced the part instead of finding out the problem. Was referred to Mr.Amudhakumar here. He is a very good professional who did rectify the problem after lots of trials. Very nice experience. Thank you Amudhakumar.

Sir /madam your pollachi service centre not in main location , online contact number also not properly given in Google . Under bridge your service center available we can't find your location. Requesting to change online contact immediately , last two times we facing same problem .next service i will go to coimbatore service center . This is my last service in pollachi .very disappointed

Worst service, whenever we ask for any service they are saying, that service is not in the service centre and was available only in Coimbatore. Moreover they won't do their service in front of car owners

As they are the only dealer for Renault in Tamilnadu, the response for entry level vechile customer is not fair. I am not sure about the rest of the class customer. It's very horrible experience in Coimbatore Avanashi road branch. The guys in service are better than the showroom responsible's.

Boys in the show room are working good but lack of resource my car got scratches but Renault pollachi Recommending to do tinkering and painting at Coimbatore Renault One thing which I felt bad is they are not even using vacuum cleaner to suck the dust from AC vent they are just using blower Second thing they don't accept money by card payment for service Worst service but the boys there are really doing good even with lack of resource

Worst response from sales side I enquired renault kiger in 15days before by doing direct visit they are not respond properly.. from call center I received a call I asked test drive they asked appointment I given but 12days over no one given response from showroom side now I am ready to move nissan magnite 2days before just I called next day I got test drive response was good so I would like to move nissan I won't suggest anyone to renault
