THE PLACE TO BE IN AT ANY TIME OF THE DAY. I think this should summarise my entire experience. A very chilled out ambience, suitable to a lovely hill station. The kitchen staff definitely know what they are doing. The quality and quantity of the dishes is Worth every Rupee. My personal recommendation are Chelo Kebab, Chicken Farcha, Chicken chopper rice, Berry pulao, Mutton Kebabs pan grilled and Hotdog with homemade butter. The entire staff are extremely curious and very professional ,deliver everythin to the highest STDs. After a good meal the apt dessert to have is Mawa Cake. May sound simple but i gurantee you wudve never tasted a better Mawa Cake. If you are in Panchgani and don't visit Meher Cafe, sorry to say you are missing out.

It was the first time I visited this place and it will not be the last. You will get delicious and tasty food here. They have separate seating for veg and non-veg. It gets crowded during peak time. Cleanliness is maintained and the staff is also polite and humble. Enough parking space available. The only thing I did not like is the toilet area. They can improve on that.

An excellent and authentic restaurant to pamper your testbuds for sure. We visited this place today for dinner and found it surprisingly good. The place is exactly opposite to Panchgani ST Stand on Main Market Road. It has their own Car parking area and has separate sections for Vegetarians and Non Vegetarians. You can eat veg food with family if you are vegetarian and others are non vegetarians. The staff is well mannered young guys very very welcoming and cheerful. The guy took our order named Sumit was a energetic and polite man. He understood our need and explained us the Menu was quick to serve food in quite a few moments. Very dedicated guy I must appreciate that. They are excited to explain you their Menu and will recommend their specialities too. We had Veg Sweetcorn Soup, Chicken Frankie Gravy Style, Chicken Farcha, Veg Cutlet and Chicken Fried Rice. All the dishes were excellently cooked and served. Chicken Farcha is a typical Parsi Cuisine very authenticate and tender. We really enjoyed the food and cherished the family moments. We had a good time with amazing hospitality of the polite staff. They also have different type of Pickles i.e. Chicken Pickle, Garlic Pickle, Green Chillies Pickle, Brinjal Pickle and lot more other varieties these pickle is their own product nicely packed in small glass bottles and kept on counter. Overall the place is very much impressive and good to visit if you are at Panchgani with family and or friends. The rating will be 10 out of 10.

We had read really good reviews about this place, so wanted to try first hand. And we fell instantly in love with their food. The Brun Keema, Keema par Eedu and Brun Maska of Meher were simply heavenly. We enjoyed the food so much so that on a trip of 3 days, we had 3 different meals at Meher Cafe. Excellent cooking great service. Their Keema par Eedu was just perfectly cooked, crispy from the bottom and soft delicious above!! Their black coffee and chicken cutlets were awesome too. I'd highly recommend this place, if you're visiting Panchgani. Because there's no better place than Meher for lip-smacking Parsi food at reasonable prices in Panchgani.

Fantastic Place. Authentic Very Very Tasty Parsi dishes. All the staff are very homely. Very good portion per dish, so please order accordingly. We had a Kheema ParEdu, Stuffed kheema brune, Bun maska with Spl. Butter(made by the owner himself). The cafe is very strategically located with a Chilled out Vibe. Looking forward to coming here again 👍🏻

Went to Meher cafe for the first time, as it was recommended by a friend. Nice and small cosy place with great food and service. We really liked the Brun kheema, cutlets, and wraps. Omid and his staff do a great job.

Meher cafe is a cute chill place with amazing food options. The Mawa cakes are freshly baked every morning and are a best seller. The parsi food here is to die for. Loved the food, and ambience. The staff here is very polite, sweet and helpful. This is a must visit place when in panchgani.

The place is in the heart of panchgani. The chef caterer to our needs as we have kids with severe food allergies to tree nuts. He was very understanding and assured us the preparation will be done without cross contamination. The food was delicious - we had Frankie, mutton biryani and chicken burger and cold coffee. They have classic pure veg which is part of this restaurant with veg food kitchen. But tandoori roti they serve is prepard in same kitchen in which tandoori chicken is prepared too. Very disappointed. Vegetarians shud avoid eating at this restaurant.they cook chicken and roti in same tandoori and restaurant name says 'classic pure veg' . Food is not good quality. Taste is worst. Not recommended anyone to visit this place.

Lovely Cafe located in Hotel Onella Residency opposite the ST Bus Stand near the Panchgani Market that serves Excellent Parsi Food. Great Atmosphere, Cosy Seating, Lovely Food, Good Service and Reasonable Rates too. Adequate Parking is also available, which is a Bonus. Can't really ask for more. The only negative is that they only accept Cash & UPI Payments, no Credit Cards. We were there for Lunch and had the Mutton Dhansak with Chicken Farcha, both of which were Really Very Well made and Finger Licking Good. One of the best Parsi Meals I've had in a long time. They also have a good range of Unique Snacks and Breakfast items, making this a Great All Day Dining place. Surely a Must Visit everytime you visit Panchgani.

Food is good with both veg and no veg options available. Good to come for the breakfast. Parking could be a problem as the space is good for 10-11 cars at the most! Washroom is terrible to say the least, very disappointing! Though there are wash rooms available in their hotel but the guest coming for food only can’t use that!! That’s a bit strange! Even a small restaurant on the Wai- Sirur road has better, cleaner washroom facilities.

This was my first visit as one of my Parsi friend had recommended me this place , and I was not at all disappointed. In fact we were thrilled to have such amazing food . Amazing Parsi cuisine . The staff was serving us with a smile on their place and the owner Mr. Umeed was very friendly. He was kind enough to take extra care of our pet and served her as well . The Meher cafe was recommended to me by one of my friend who met me through our common interest of bikes. So the cafe has it all the ambience was perfect, the staff respectful, serving with a smile, recommendations were on point, the food delicious, the owner a true rider. The food we ordered was server piping hot and fresh from the kitchen. The black cofffee for my friend hit the spot after a short 120km ride and the regular coffee never tasted any better. The other item for food was Chicken stuffed brun and it was heavenly, the dish was curated with perfection both in terms of taste and visual appearance. We also tasted their special dessert the Mawa pudding and it was a 10/10. We decided to visit them the next day for brealfast for some Indian taste and they didn't disappoint. The aloo Paratha was too tasty and fulfilling along with pickles and curd that just made it better. I WOULD RATE THEM A 10/10 for service, food as well as the atmosphere they have. A complete experience. Kudos to the owner and the staff for maintaining the cafe. A must visit cafe foe anyone visiting panchgani. 😌😌

If you haven't been to Meher Café, you're missing out. It has become a standard part of all our Panchgani/Mahabaleshwar trips. We've been here multiple times and not once have they disappointed. 3 things stand out at Meher Café: The Service The Taste The Value for Money The service is unmatched! Even in Mumbai, it's rare to see servers who know the menu so well and help customers find exactly what they want, instead of simply recommending the highest priced dishes on the menu. I would like to specially mention Sumit (hope I got the name right), who perfectly explained each item we were interested in and helped us choose dishes according to our preferences. The owner, Omeed, is also extremely helpful. The food is so good that I always forget to take pictures, because I want to dig in as soon as it's served. And the quantity is well worth the price. Great place for a perfect Irani breakfast

Cozy little place in the marketplace serving phenomenal food. The chicken Frankie, keema pao and brun stuffed we had were too good. Also tired the Russian cutlet which was also nice. A must try and it's sure to keep you coming back if your stay is long!

The taste is unique and recommended but the service isn't upto the mark....the person taking order should speak explain and guide us to order...we waited and had to call the person three times to explain a particular dish ...order also took another 20 mins....once we decided to walk out and cancel our order....don't expect much from the King size burger...it isn't really big though... Nevertheless the taste was good....

Mehar's Cafe is right on the main road near Panchgani market adjacent to a petroleum pump. The food is mind-blowing. Bestest place to eat in Panchgani!!!! Stuffed Brun which is a chef special is bursting with absolute cheesy crispy goodness. The Veg biriyani is the best I have ever had. The mawa cake has very special flavor to it, am sure chef has a secret recipe. The caramel custard too has a signature taste to it. The bun in bun maska is very soft and delicious. But wait! This place is known for its Parsi food... We had Chicken Dhansak with brown rice. The spices, flavour and combination of lentils, desi chicken and rice was super awesome. What we needed the most was hot lemon n honey. But the surprise was that they serve haldi milk/Golden Milk. I think it should be a must in every restaurant. We have promised the chef that we will stay nearby when we visit next time so that we can eat there more often.

Owners are a little rude. Place is good. Food is average. We were a group of 6 while we visited there. There are very few restaurants available nearby, so if you get others, definitely should try visiting them.

Looking at this place and specially the menu, we decided to go along with 4 people in the evening. We ordered 1- Cheese chilli garlic bread 2- Kheema pav 3- Butter chicken pizza 4- Chicken shezwan rice • Cheese chilli garlic bread was just bread with few bits of melted cheese. No garlic no chilli seasoning. Dissapointing. No taste at all • Kheema Pav was sweet in taste and the pav was not fresh at all. Upon complainingw the owner he said that it is fresh. But sadly it was not. • Butter chicken pizza was okayish. Nuthing as such special. • Shezwan Rice had no shezwan sauce. Was kinda okay. Service was good but food was not good compared to the high rates. Sincere review

Worst experience. Food doesn't have any taste... We ordered Kheema pav... Pav wasn't fresh at all... Kheema was worst in taste... Pizza wasn't worthy... Schezwan rice wasn't spicy... chilli Cheese garlic bread didn't have garlic and it felt like I'm eating toast...

This is the best place in panchgani for food. Authentic parsi food at its best. Wouldn't recommend any other place for food more than this across panchgani and mahabaleshwar. The location is great right at the maine market and also enough parking space outside the restaurant.

The food at Meher Cafe was lipsmackingly delicious. The butter chicken, dal fry and chicken frankie were exceptionally tasty. The owner is extremely polite and hospitable and really takes pride and a personal interest in the great food he serves. Very reasonably priced and awesome value for money.
