Bad Services, Staff's rude 👿behavior Bus codition very bad👎👎👎👎👎. During Rain🌧🌧🌧, the water💦 drops inside sleepers. When we complained to the head office, they also didn't do good behavior.

This is the worst ever cargo service you can use for Udaipur. There staff is uncltured and probably underpaid and the owner is no where to be found for accountability. They have hired incompetent people who just sit around the table looking at flies... They will charge you for labour and will not even load the products, unlike other services offered by Rishabh or Shrinath. If you value your products and your sanity, I would strongly recommend not to use them for transport. If there was an option of minus rating I would give that.

Buses are outdated and not maintained. Overload the bus by unauthorised passengers. Express bus drives like local bus, stops at everyone who waves their hand.

I am currently traveling in bus number UP78FT 6666. My points are mentioned below. * No washroom for emergency. * No intimation for hold and fresh up. * Conductor is so rude and talking about religion partially. * No cleaning in any compartment. * No internet. * Rudly behave by driver and operator in jaipur to ahemdabad route. * My feedback is PLEASE DO NOT TRAVEL IN THIS KIND OF BUS SERVICE. *Taking extra passenger and those are seated in passage.

We travelled from udaipur to jaisalmer....but our bus broke in between ....at 3 or 4 am....waited for any alternative till 9 am...n the travel Wale dint even bother to arrange anything for us...we had to book our cab n had to pay extra 5 k to reach jaisalmer...

Pls avoid this Travel Agency. It's provide worst service. Bus in Bad Condition and very Dirty. Window glasses are iN bad shape. No customer support. It's fraud arrive.

WORST EXPERIANCE OF MY LIFE !! BUS GOT STUCK IN MUD DUE TO RASH DRIVING AND WAS LATE FOR MORE THAN 10 HOURS. DRIVER AND OWNER WERE RUDE AND IRRESPONSIBLE.ASKED LADIES AND KIDS TO GO TO TOILET IN SOME BARREN LAND.
