Actually surprisingly good variety for such a small store at prices nearly the same as stores in the city, very helpful staff

Just bought 2 Kenneth Cole colognes, got one free which I came home and opened and it was completely empty. While testing some of the colognes, one of the guys didn't have a tester free so he coolly opens a bottle from the shelf very carefully by not tearing the plastic cover on the box. Obviously they are opening what they want and selling them back to the customers. I cannot do anything about it now since I've caught my flight to Bombay and am home. Have never been blindly cheated like this from any store before. Be aware of these guys, they are obviously doing this very often. I will be writing a formal complaint and attaching pictures of the bill and the empty bottle.

I was passing by SS ( Shoppers stop) And i just looked at the beautiful watch collection. Didn't plan to buy one. But Mr Sandeep SM. helped me with the beautiful watches collection. Explained about new launches and smart watches. And finally landed up buying one Titan Edge watch. Which was more of Classic look.. That was the beauty of the watch. Photo attached for reference.

Poor management Came to the store at Bengaluru Airport four times between 4.30 am and 5.30 am on 1.10.18 There was a person there who told he was not responsible for any sale and kept on asking me to come after 10 to 15 mins Poor management ... and bad ethics... better to shut down if you dont want to sale

Found good watch collection at shoppers stop. All executives has good communication and shared best information. But fossil watch liked was less discounted. Had to leave it with heavy heart.

Pradeep who works for SS ,has good watch knowledge. He explains what are the pros and cons of watches, new launches and offers. I didn't had any plans to buy a watch during my visit but apparently I asked for Casio Youth edition. It was not there. He was very instrumental in explaining me about Citizen and it's offers and came to know about Eco Drive edition. It was on offer and I was lucky to buy a limited edition watch. Thanks to him and the offers that prevailed that day. Made my day !!! My loves for watches are increasing day by day.

I was in the airport looking for sweets and found Shoppers Stop really fascinating to find many varieties of sweets especially sugarless nutty bites, almond and coconut cookies which are very famous in Bangalore, a must try place.

This shoppers stop showroom is located inside the bangalore international airport. Like most of the airport showrooms this place also has an open shop type os setup with multiple entry and exit points. This place though has only international brands like guess, Aldo, tommy Hilfiger etc.

Too good the ambience of this store is, no matter whenever you visit. Can't get enough of it, especially the branch at the Bengaluru Airport. The bags are awesome and the pricing is reasonable too.

Always get some time before boarding. Never failed to stop by this store. Nice collection of kalamkari jewels. Have purchased neck pieces twice and perfectly satisfied both the times. Quality is too good. Also had 50 to 60 percent off both the times, which was great too. Worth shopping here and great for killing the waiting time before u board.

You walk into this shop..that sells branded(overhyped) international beauty care products. Chambor..etc..Pricey ofcourse..2000 rupees for a liner medam says the counter girl. .. be cause the west likes to milk the Indian consumer market. Local brands like Lakme are not stocked. You end up paying a 1000 rupees for a liner..and guess what ..at the end of the our purchase you are given an eyeliner box that's not even sealed..and has been repeatedly opened. Counter girl says chambor products come unsealed! So much care for the Indian consumer. They will give "feed back " to chambor. .do I expect chambor to act on It? Ofcourse not. Avoid chambor. Avoid shoppers stop if they cannot get their vendors to toe minimum consumer standards.

Bought a Provogue sunglasses worth Rs.3000 yesterday evening from the shop. But was appalled at the callous attitude of the cashier and other customer service people in the shop. First she packed the glasses in a different cover and when i asked for a paper bag since it was for gifting, I was met with bad attitude from the cashier et al. They acted as if I was taking the glasses free of cost. Truly disappointed.

I had purchased a Hoodie (USPA brand) on 2 December 2020 at the Bangalore airport and had put it for first wash on 13 December 2020. During the wash there was colour bleeding and the dye on the fabric leached out. Looks like the fabric (USPA brand) was of bad quality.
