Don't sell old golds or Exchange In Thangamayil Sivagangai..they give very less price and deduct charges also so much.. there's another shop near by you can check the amount there for your old golds items.. there will be so much difference in Thanamayil price and other shop.. very bad experience..zero customer satisfaction... But I had to purchasing the gold as I had no time to visit previous shop as they had melted my gold and also due to time shortage... Before exchanging or selling pls compare with price with othe shops..,

I visited the showroom to buy gold and diamond . It was a place with huge collections and I loved it. And the sales and service team was so good I purchased under Priya mam in the showroom it was a very nice experience they are so humble and showing us all best variety of collections without any frown

Initially they advertising often to start the gold savings scheme..once started it they not even consider and behave very irresponsively without answering customer call. Also online payment option needs to be improved for paying chit scehme amount remotely..persons working there dont even know the online payment process..then how they gonna guide their customers? Dissappointed.

When I went to that Thangamayil Sivagangai shop to buy things, the staff who were working there before me were used harsh words, Why are working staff placed like this? Is anyone else seeing what I saw? Treating the workers so badly.....I'm feeling very bad to Thangamayil.That's why I came back without buying the item I went to buy

Yesterday we purchased diamond jewel at this branch.we are not happy with the manager's behaviour on customer satisfaction.melted gold's percentage value of our gold is doubtful which was measured by their scanning machine, showing too many variations like 82%,83.5%,84.4%,87.5%.but they finalised the lowest value 82.5% only, not given any reasonable response for the same. After negotiation , they are not ready to discount even 100 rupees after their price fixation. We visited for the first time here but never faced this kind in anyother jewelleries.we are sorry to say this that we are not willing to visit thangamayil in future.
