It
has
been
an
absolutely
a
horrendous
experience
of
booking
a
tempo
traveler
with
Urban
Cruise
rather
an
experience
full
of
horror
&
i
am
writing
this
public
review
so
other
people
can
know
from
our
experience
before
planning
there
trip
with
urban
cruise.
I
planned
an
office
trip
to
Rishikesh
a
few
days
back
&
was
part
of
the
main
planning
team.
I
spoke
to
girl
called
Khushi
from
Urban
cruise
looking
at
there
5+
reviews
&
rating
&
booked
a
tempo
traveler
to
rishikesh.
Our
journey
was
scheduled
to
start
at
6:30
in
the
morning
from
outside
our
office.
The
reporting
time
given
to
the
driver
was
5:30
AM.
However,
when
no
traveler
arrived
till
6:20,
me
being
the
cheif
co-ordinator,
started
calling
the
driver
at
5:45
as
there
were
15
other
people
waiting
to
board
the
traveler.
The
driver
at
first
stated
he
will
be
late
by
15
minutes
as
he
woke
up
late,
so
i
told
him
it's
already
been
more
than
15
minutes
from
the
reporting
time
to
which
he
rudely
replied
that
he
is
a
family
man
&
delays
do
happen.
Finding
this
a
bit
rude
&
blunt
response,
i
tried
to
call
khushi
but
she
never
answered
the
phone.
Finally
when
the
driver
arrived
at
6:15,
we
started
loading
the
bags
in
the
vehicle.
We
had
planned
to
carry
a
mini
fridge/ice
box
to
keep
our
cold
drinks
for
the
journey.
Seeing
the
fridge,
the
driver
-
Gaurav
Sharma,
immmediately
asked
us
to
offload
everything
&
hire
some
other
vehicle
-
he
said
all
this
in
front
of
everyone.
Me
being
the
chief
co-ordinator
of
the
trip,
i
had
a
to
face
a
humilation
in
front
of
15
people.
Somehow,
after
brief
arguments,
talks
with
the
owner
of
the
tempo
traveler,
he
somehow
agreed
to
continue
with
the
trip
after
we
agreed
to
offload
the
fridge.
After
boarding
the
bus,
we
found
the
driver
talking
on
phone
throughout
the
journey
and
no
at
all
focused
on
traffic
&
driving.
Just
before
reaching
rishikesh,
one
of
our
female
team
mates
fell
a
bit
unwell
&
vomited
inside
the
bus.
We
told
the
driver
that
we
will
have
this
cleaned
for
him
however
again
he
rudely
asked
us
to
give
him
Rs.
500
Extra
to
get
the
bus
cleaned.
We
even
agreed
on
that.
But
this
was
not
all.
We
reached
back
Noida
on
the
next
day
and
reached
in
front
of
our
office
at
11:10
PM.
It
took
around
15
minutes
to
offload
the
bags
etc
and
we
freed
the
bus
at
11:25.
The
driver,
Gaurav
Sharma
told
one
of
our
male
co-ordinators
that
since
it's
almost
11:30,
we
should
pay
him
Rs
500
extra
for
night
charge.
We
did
not
agree
to
pay
him
extra
as
we
had
a
word
with
travel
company
&
khushi
that
we
can
free
the
bus
till
2
in
the
morning
and
it's
not
even
11:30.
The
driver
simply
replied
to
the
co-ordintor
"chal
bus
khali
khar
aur
nikal"
(Free
the
bus
&
get
lost).
Seeing
his
rude
&
blunt
behaviour,
one
of
my
team
members
entered
a
negetive
review
for
the
traveler
on
google.
ON
READING
THE
REVEIW,
THE
TRAVEL
COORDINATOR
KHUSHI,
CALLED
ME
IN
THE
MORNING
&
STARTED
SCREEMING
ON
ME
&
STATED
THAT
EVEN
SHE
HAS
OUR
AGE
&
NAME
&
ALL
THE
DETAILS
&
THEY
ARE
GOING
TO
PUT
ALL
OUR
PERSONAL
INFORMATION
ON
SOCIAL
MEDIA.
GUYS
THIS
COMPANY
&
IT'S
TRAVEL
COORINATORS
&
DRIVERS
ARE
PATHETIC.
NEVER
EVER
PLAN
YOUR
TRIP
WITH
URBAN
CRUISE.
