It
was
completely
out
of
the
blue
that
my
mother
of
age
71
with
healthy
lifestyle
and
no
comorbidities
got
diagnosed
with
breast
cancer
stage
2
in
early
April
2022,
post
a
biopsy
in
my
hometown.
In
the
frantic
search
of
a
good
hospital
and
doctor
in
Bangalore,
got
the
reference
of
Dr
Poovamma
@
Cytecare
Cancer
Hospital
from
one
of
my
colleagues,
whose
mother
was
treated
by
Dr
Poovamma
around
2
yrs
back.
On
hearing
from
my
colleague
on
how
comfortable
her
mother
was

I
discussed
the
same
with
my
mother,
father,
sister
and
other
family
members.
The
only
factor
which
we
were
not
comfortable
was
the
distance
to

(30+
km
away

our

All
of
us
were
very
anxious
before

but
once
we
had

we
were
relieved
knowing

our
mother
was

simple

for
our
easy
understanding.
Within
a
week
of
our
appointment,
my
mother
underwent
surgery
and
within
2
days
she
was
discharged.
Once
back
home
and
in
recovery
phase,
our
offline
queries
were
answered
by
Dr
very
promtly
too.
It
is
close
to
1
month
since
the
surgery.
All
the
post
surgery
visits
have
been
so
comforting
with
Dr
Poovamma
listening
to
our
questions
patiently
and
clarifying
them
with
all
relevent
details.
We
are
all
very
thankful
to
Dr
Povamma
and
really
appreciate
her
calm
and
loving
nature,
which
made
this
phase
of
our
lives
very
easy
to
deal
with
and
with
the
right
spirit.
