Hemvic Logistics and trans system and Mr Pawan Kumar Jaiveer is complete cheat, a big loot, & fraud . I had bought my e - scooter from Bangalore to Guwahati, the deal was fixed at Rs 5500/- after they took my vehicle they gave a bill of 13982/-. When I asked them to return it they told it already went 700 km. Delivery time they told me was 6 days it took 1 month. They will charge 13 % GST & extra 5% Service charge. Very unauthentic and too poor customer service after payment. Packaging is also not good and they had scratch my vehicle and many damages from back side. If your goods are expensive you will get mental irritation. I request to avoid this company.

Extremely unprofessional service. The goods were picked in the month of dec while it was delivered in feb. Many of the items are broken and many were stolen. The Entire bed is missing while TV is in unusable condition. On calls there is little to no scope of any response. In case he will receive the call for sure he will give some bluff stories. Instead of shifting your goods from them better throw it because anyway you won't be able to use it. They will even charge for insurance while shifting but will never give you the receipt after that.

It's a fraud. Mr Pawan Kumar who was involved in my dealing, he ispeaks politley but don't fall in a trap. I booked my household shifting withthwm for Bangalore to Ahmedabad on 23rd April. They Promised me to complete the service in 7-10 days and I made payment of 30000 upfront baalnce 10000 on delivery. He kept giving me reason of lockdown and never delivered for 5 weeks, whole all other logistics were providing services. He also said if I pay extra 40000 hecan deliver stuff within 2 hours. Thank God I did not fall in that trap. We agreed in arrangement that he will refund 15000 from initial payment of 30k and I arranged for my stufftransfer via other logisyic partners. Aother service provided fullfilled their commitment for which I paid new full amount but I got stuff. Fraud is pawan never returned my money despit his promise, my TV was broken and biggest one my two wheeler was seized by banglore police, and never reached me. Later I realised that Hemvik peoplewereroamimg in city with my two wheeler without my permission and were caught by police. I am still chasing pawan for my refund and for my two wheeler Nd as usual he is searching for his next customer to loot I am not worried about my money or stuff (I belive in Karma chakra) but he can not be allowed to keep doing such loot. I am initiating formal complaint to police and to consumer forum to save others , please do not Fall in this scam

One of the fraud & unauthenticated package service. Very high & unreasonable price. Worst service ever experienced. They are going to promise you one amount and after takeing the goods they will give a bill of three times more and threaten you if you don't pay they will unload your goods.

There is no office over there , It's fake It's an residential area ,I had gone and searching for the office like 30min . Every one claims there isn't any office right there .

A big fraud company in Bangalore ready to cheat you & loot you. Very Unprofessional service. Very very poor packing. One month late then time promised. And of the fraud business service. After collecting your goods they will give a second bill costing double the amount they fixed. And then lie you that order has been dispatched already & can't be cancelled. So that you are bond to pay the double amount or they will unload it some where. After paying double amount I have received my goods one month late then the date promised and in very worst condition.

My Son had to suffer a lot dealing with them. They were late by one month on delivery. Charges were also very high. They gave a double bill after picking up the product. Poor packing & poor service. It was just not a Good Experience. Informing everyone please be aware, it may happen with anybody.

This man named Pavan took my shipment before 13 august 2021 and till now my shipment has not arrived he doesn’t answers the call he has been lying first he said it’s in Hyderabad and then he said Nagpur and then the said it’s in Santa and he gave wrong number of driver and when the driver caught lying he said I have been calling them since long so he gave wrong number I am stuck with this company. Do not cheat your customers

We had an excellent experience From Book My Trucks. We called a number of different movers knowing that it can be a headache to find a good movers company. These guys came out on top, they were the friendliest and most helpful. The rates were reasonable too. All of the items arrived in perfect condition and the driver/Labour's was very careful when unloading the truck. He was also very polite and professional.
