I got my WagonR 2022 Model 3rd free service done at this place. Advisor was knowledgeable. He suggested only what was required for my car. All the necessary works carried out in a professional way.. no short cuts. The advisor took me to the work bay before engine oil was replaced. Explained the difference of various thickness of oil. Appreciate Mr. Mahadev who took personal care right from taking in for service upto delivery. Very reliable service. They billed only for the work done. I would recommend anyone who wants to get their vehicle serviced at this place if you want professional services and peace of mind about the work done and cost effective billing.

Good place to get vehicle serviced, apart from showroom. No hidden charges.

Quality wise and worker wise it's a good place. But cost wise I won't recommend this service center. This service center is just behind the Prakash theatre.

I never have seen such dishonest and money minded service advisors anywhere else. It's apparent that the service advisors have targets to meet and/or they get incentives for adding unnecessary spare parts. At the time of leaving the car they told me that the total service including the cost of the spare parts would be around Rs. 6500/-, but they charged me Rs. 17200/-. They didn’t even have courtesy to inform me before adding unnecessary new spare parts. When I argued they gave me Rs. 1000/- discount. All advisors, especially Sujith and Mahadev, come in group to defend the exorbitant amount and they behave very rudely.

Overall a decent show by them, although Maruti service is definitely not as inexpensive as one could safely say even a few years back. There was a whiff of service advisors having steep targets to meet, or just trying out some side hustle. Sometimes the interest in the side hustle came on a little too strong, which is not always very pleasant, coming in. I’ve been going to them for a number of years now, and some of the advisors and technicians have in the past been quite stellar in their no-fuss approach in getting things fixed. I guess it takes all types.

Great service by the centre, no decision was taken without giving a call, and the waiting period to give or recieved the cas was very less as well, no hassle in billing counter as well

Have been visiting this service center for the past few years and the service is absolutely great every time, they resolve issues the 1st time mostly and they sometimes even call and check if all issues were resolved few days after service, so I do have to mention Kumar and Ritesh as the service advisor’s who attend to me and I’m very happy with their service from them and the entire Nexus Yelahanka team.

I am writing this review with sincerity and immense gratitude. I have been a long-time user of a Swift Desire diesel, which features a four-cylinder engine with four glow plugs. Unfortunately, one of these glow plugs had failed, and I encountered great difficulty in attempting to replace it. I initially visited another service center, where their technicians struggled for over two days but were unable to remove the malfunctioning plug. They explained that further attempts might result in hardware damage, leaving a portion of the plug inside the engine. To rectify this, they would need to remove the engine head, incurring significant costs. Faced with this daunting prospect, I decided against proceeding. However, my fortunes changed when I visited Nexus Yelahanka. There, I encountered a mechanic named Purushottam, who took it upon himself to tackle the issue. Remarkably, within just one hour of persistent effort, he successfully removed the stubborn glow plug. Nexus Yelahanka may be a formal service center, but it is individuals like Purushottam who make all the difference. I have been relying on his expertise for over two years, and I must say that his patience, knowledge, and skill surpass those of many service centers I've encountered. I would like to extend a rating of 10 out of 5 stars to Purushottam. He is truly exceptional and deserves the highest commendation.

I have taken my Fronx to non nexa service cente which is maruti suzuki authorized service center to nexus yehalanka, they have attended very nicely, listened my queries and recommended multiple solutions. I recommend this.

Credit card hdfc regalia credit card was not working and had a very bad experience. Will never ever come back here for this reason. Worst experience today. No issues with staff they are wonderful. But the charging machine is very very very bad. Pls improve this

Such a nice courties staff of Nexus Maruti at Yelahanka that I can't describe in words. The Branch manager is very friendly and helping nature, he understands the requirements of the customers. Executive Mr Kumar is thorough professional in his approach and one would love to be back at this service center more often than not. Insurance executive Mr Ritesh took less than 10 minutes to arrange what was required by the customer. He handled the things so easily that no customer can expect such quick response.
