The Worst Company ever... They are not giving salary on time. Left company 02 years ago, My 05months pending salary (almost INR 90K)Not paid to me, even till today(06.10.2020).

They don't have customer service skills. No proper response from anyone. The person who takes calls says he's new to this job so he doesn't have a hint about their services. When I asked him to put me on call with someone who knows he just hung up. Wasted my time.

The fact is i know nothing about this place. Until then you will have to read a short story about a man who went searching the meaning of life. He kept wandering through the streets of various cities in the search for the ultimate answer to this question that was forever nagging at him . He kept relentlessly searching for answers but in vain. One fine day he stood there in front of a temple crying softly when an ascetic stood beside him and whispered ........

Worst service ever, rude response whilst you call up to know the status of the delivery. This is not the way to liaise with the customer, seems they are not customer oriented. It is pity that British Airways have opted for their service as part of their Cargo which is also surprising! I had traveled to Bangalore from London, the lost cargo/baggage is yet to be delivered, despite of several follow-up calls, they are yet to confirm me about the baggage. Please restrain to use their service as feasible. I am just choosing one star service just for the sake of choosing it, otherwise, system will not allow me to post my review/feedback. Disgusting customer service ever I have seen!

It's a bankrupt company. All reviews are fake. Md has duped another Japanese company by 50 lakhs. It has lot of default cases. In addition to salary late. Two months one salary. Many employees lay off not settled at all. There are about 5 cases in labour court. Three in civil court over non settlement of wages.

I worked here as contractual staff campus hiring from college. Actually I quit within 6 months they will never pay your salary on time . You can take your salary as advance even for current month salary.

Visited Star Air office situated in this complex. It's situated off the Bellary road near to MVIT. The road leading here is well asphalted and wide enough. Since away from hustle bustle of the city, the surroundings are serene.

Office area in a very remote place.Transportation is a headache unless you have vehichle on your own.
