Most Enjoyable Holiday organized through Ajay G of Travel Manager, HSR Layout Bangalore. Spent about 7 nights & 8 days in Thailand. 3 nights at Phuket, 2 nights at Pataya & 2 nights at Bangkok. Unfortunately I did not get a proper customer focus or attention from these people. From day 1, no one replied or called. I myself called them to check the status. Then one guy, Mr. Ajay called me and I explained my requirements. He was supposed to prepare a quote and finalize my package. But there was absolutely no interest taken in my booking. I had requested to plan it for my daughter's birthday but I'm completely put off. Only a tentative plan was curated and then everything vanished in the air. Last communication happened on October 11, 2023. After that I even sent a follow up on October 13, 2023 but no response till date. Anyways, a trip cannot be planned if no one is showing interest in the customer. I have gone ahead with my booking with another company.

We approached travel manager for our Honeymoon package, They suggested few places and our pick was Kashmir which was the best decision we made.On our part we just chose Kashmir and from then the entire package(flights,Hotels and internal transportation), schedule and all other little things was also taken care by Kishore and Sunil-These guys are just awesome👏👏On the day of our trip our flights was cancelled, and reached Kashmir two days later than the planned date, But to be honest within a short span of time Kishore and sunil arranged a mini trip to Delhi-Agra(with excellent transportation and Rooms) which made our trip more memorable. I am writing this review to let know others the experience we had dealing with Travel Manager. All inclusive Dubai package was arranged to us. We asked 3 star hotel and the same was arranged. But there was lot of noise from nearby pubs & live bands. It was like unbearable. After a tired some sightseeing one expects to have good sleep. Pay little more and choose 4 star hotel. Transportation is fine.

Travel Manager organized our trip to Singapore last month and I just can't thank them enough for such an amazing and hassle-free experience. Especially Mr. Ajay and Mr. Kishore were very helpful and took care of all our concerns. The hotel bookings, visa and air tickets were all taken care of. Mr. Rajkumar who was in charge of all the park tickets and transfers in Singapore was of great help. E-tickets were mailed to us in advance which saved us a lot of time from waiting in long queues. They charge a service fee, but you get the high quality service which you wont get from others.
