    Really it's worst experience i came here for 3 times, and every time they dont response properly. Every time they used to tell to wait for 10 times and they never call back unless we go and ask even though they say to wait and they go for lunch again they ask to come after lunc. I applied online for my pharmacy certificate renewal in aug 2021 and till now it was not renewed yet. These employees are not worth for their duty, they are useless and doesn't respond properly. They are asking to wait or to leave. Worst office The clerk in front office doesn't wear mask and she is demanding others to wear mask if not she is saying to take certificates and leave, she is not speaking politely if we ask anything she is saying to leave

    Intention of these people is to make all the Pharmacist to suffer unless use the brokers outside the office If its really well educated people, why do not they records all the calls and answer the emails with properly tracking and answered and closed. why the app is not working why website is not working fully automated I really wanted to complain on higher authorities to change the staff Hope god will punish all these people for creating mess of others They should understand the people visiting office are qualified people and can able to manage better then them learn to respect all ensure people are not revisiting from long distance pick the calls and create a proper tracking system for each call ensure office is with CC cameras so that staff will not move out of seat during peak times by making the pharmacists to wait Management should keep rotating the people here as the employees are taking everything granted I have already raised a proper complaint with photos and proofs ,hoping for the change soon

    From Last 15 days Im trying to renew my license, They are not responding to email or phone call which they mentioned in the website. I want to give official complaint to the highers, I want to submit a court case on them for their irresopnsible services. If any body knows the deatils please let me this reply.

    Nothing is available on the website. disgusting about the services that are provided. No respect for the students they treat us as like nothing and behave like doing some big help. The behavior of the register is very bad. For renewal a lot of documents need to be submitted and lot things are need to do. But in the case of other states it is totally a different story you just need to pay the renewal fee. Worst ever online services are provided in the website. I don't know what is the use of Mobile app nothing is working. No proper guidance on how to register, renewal, and a good standing certificate, etc. Still confused by PCI is not taking any action on this.

    There is a woman in APPC who will receive calls and she is worthless, hopeless, useless, careless, rubbish, unsuitable, unprincipled, dirty, invalid, shameless lady. She's uneducated, illiterate, untrained, unskilled, untaught, rude, vulgar, uncultured people. She's having so much of arrogance towards the public, that's all because she'sgovernment employee. According to me she's unfit to do her job, she feels she is the bosses of everyone.

    I think 1 ⭐ is also waste for the response, behaviour of the staff. I booked the slot one month ago and due to their website issue, the slot is booked as registration instead of re-registration. They ask us to rebook the slot and again the same thing happen. It is their website issue. We travelled 300 kms to reach this place spending 5 thousand rupees and now they say try after one week. Super staff, super website. Super office. Hats off AP stupids council. Bunch of fools sitting in a place is called pharmacy council 🀬

    Hi, i am sharing my experience on friday, its one of the worest worest ecperience, looks very UN-Professional, it seems every thing depend on REGISTRAR, And also all the staff pretend very busy. Actually open time was at 10 am, but security not allowing till 10:30, funny Register came on 11:55 am and went for Lunch at 13:30 Sharp, came back on 16:15. Office close time was 17:30. Staff time pass by saying "need approval / clarification from register. Again they tell do online, but on line only few limited process, again need to visit. After showing all the proofs, they want upload in website, where there site dont allow, for renewal fees on website it taking only current year, its not accepting penalties (if renewal delays),Β  then again person need to visit office. Atleast now they can rectify and serve public in the mentioned time. We dont want there personal time.

    Opens at 10:30 but gets late sometimes. Staff are rude as usual like any govt offices. Better being each and every certificates you have otherwise they mercilessly send you away no matter from where you are come from. Don't come much early 9:30 is enough. You can eat there like restaurants and hotels are available. It's few km away from guntur railway station. You can reach there by auto from railway station which can be charged for 40rs.

    Worst council, irresponsible, no accountability. Nobody take the calls, nobody responds to the Email. How they can serve the entire state pharmacists with poorest administration, everybody is frustrated with the council. The registrar, secretary, health secretary, ministers are just sleeping and enjoying the powers.

    Can't able to give less than 1 star... Employee does not have Code of conduct or code of ethics, they doesn't reply to calls also.. No proper channel to contact them. Government must take appropriate action to make employees to do their job properly.

    Sir, I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a matter of utmost concern regarding an incident of unprofessional conduct that I experienced. I am wife of a BE electrical engineer, daughter in law of an ex- serviceman who served the nation for 15 years in IAF, mother of a MBBS graduate and also of a BAMS student. As for me to be a responsible citizen of this nation, I believe it is important to bring this issue to your attention for appropriate resolution. My husband is from Andhra Pradesh and I hail all the way from Karnataka. I completed my D pharmacy from SES pharmacy college, Sirguppa, Karnataka. As I did all my education in Karnataka, I got my registration from there. But now we want to transfer it to Andhra Pradesh. Our main motto has been to give back to the people by dispensing medicines for cheaper prices. I have had series of unfortunate encounters with Mr. Poturaj who works as a clerk in Andhra Pradesh Pharmacy Council, Guntur. The details are as follows: The first time I visited APPC, Guntur for registration, Mrs. Usha who is a receptionist the made it clear that I was not welcome there. She spoke with very unprofessional language and treated me like a criminal. Then I met Mr. Poturaj, who himself does not have the right information about the current rules. He created an issue regarding the aadhar card address and said that all the other things are proper and that the registration will be done the next time we come. We solved it and went again all the way from anantapur traveling 480 kms. He then created another issue regarding DD and told us to bring challan, we obeyed and brought the challan. The next time we went he manufactured an issue regarding experience certificate. We had experience of private store as the order published by the government during covid time had allowed. We spoke to registrar about this, who was aware about the order and told him accept. But this nobleman now wants my husband to produce my marriage proof. When he asked him for the reason he replies β€œanybody can call anybody his wife without proper proof”. I must emphasize that such conduct is not only unacceptable but also contrary to the values and principles that APPC upholds. As a rightful citizen, I expect to be treated with respect professionalism and fairness at all time. Our Hon'ble PM Mr. Narendra Modi ji and Hon'ble CM Mr. YS Jagan Mohan Reddy have been putting endless efforts to build a Flawless and a digital system for the ease of Citizens. Meanwhile we have few officials corrupting the system and making even the easiest procedures difficult and being hurdle for the development of the Nation. The incident described above has left me feeling disheartened and concerned about the overall environment in APPC. I would like to emphasize here about the humbleness shown by the registrar sir who was very supportive and kind. He in fact provided me his personal contact in case of need. I have always held APPC in high regard and hope that this is an isolated case. I humbly request that you undertake a thorough investigation into the matter. I believe that prompt action is necessary to address the issue and uphold the reputation of APPC. Thanking you. bad for other people who want to see AP our state

    My actual time slot is 11am to 1pm, but my turn came at 4 pm, even I reported at 11am, that 'very kind lady attender' just not taking my documents because they are not in order, if i ask her what's the order, she tells it's mentioned in website, I actually put them in order only as per website list. Only because of her 'very kind behaviour' my application was put very last , and i was the last person on that day in queue. Note: please bring two postal covers(first one is : A4 size envelope with four 10 rupees stamps, second is : envelope size where if we fold A4 paper vertically it should fit, with two 10 rupees stamps) If we don't bring envelope, the shops near APPC will charge 150/- for only envelope & stamps, 200/- for arranging documents in order with envelope & stamps

    -10 STAR. Worst service by this Council. Unethical employees. Irresponsible fellows in the office. Very delayed for processing online renewals. its been 6 months since I have applied for renewal. I have consulted another pharmacist about this issued and he said its been 1 and half year since I applied for renewal still no further update on this online process. Offline services were also worst and worst behavior.

    What kind of Enquiry number they have gave to people. It's doesn't work , if will work also noo one will take phone calls . I have seen soo many complient s but not rectified problem s Not solved the problem s . When it's is in HyD only It could be good but Not now . Really Getting renewal certificate very difficult if we have all documents proper also . Other states like Karnataka they are charging more but response also like that only fast .

    People are very rude, when you are asking for service or waiting for some information, they respond in the most rudest way possible. I waited for 3 hrs to know my renewal status, every half an hour I go to the desk and ask the lady will shoo me off with lot of irritation on her face, I never faced such utter disrespect just because I need some thing to be done. The bottom of govt ofc service.

    Even I don't want to share one star also. The staff here is so rude and desperate. Not helping in nature.they don't listen our voice completely and start behaving harshly with their neglecting words.especially the lady in cabin such a pathetic behaviour.

    Now seven months has passed since I submitted my registration certificate for renewal but no action has been taken by registrar until now .why it's taking years for renewal? In other neighbouring states it's yearly renewal and online which is done within a day . please try to improve your services.

    One star is also waste for this guys,Worst experience I had here, all the staff were negligible at their work, especially i need to specify one person who is verifying the certificate he always called ladies only, he just doing time pass with them for just 5 mins of work he is taking 30 to 45 mins for ladies, for gents it will be just 5 mins, but he didn't call gents till evening, we had waited from morning 9am to evening 6.30 pm, there no time slot, worst experience, even there is no CCTV for monitoring their work from higher authorities, please look into this.

    Worst experience....Asking for endorsment for renewal from DI which they are not doing by saying we don't have orders. After going for several times in a day they said service certificate is alternative which I have to apply from some other private agency which in total opposite direction.There is no such document needed in check list.

    It is located in guntur near HP petrol bunk. For new registration you need to apply online for token. Depending upon the token you should file the registration and most important is there is no offline renewal. We should only renewal by online. So don't need to go Andra Pradesh pharmacy council of India

    We tried registration in AP Pharmacy council by booking online slot registration. We are waiting for slot opening for months..... Worst online service by any govt website in India. Such is the pathetic condition of Andhra Pradesh. Evening. 1 star is not required.

    As i have seen the reviews scared to visit the office as i dont have proper communication by mail amd phone from them finally I have visited today for my 2nd renewal certificate after 2018 as they rejected in online due to some documents not uploaded. I have updated as per the requirement unfortunately they didn't received now I have given a written request letter to Registar for renewal approval they told to wait for 30 mins after that work gone smoothly

    Specially for the (lady(one of four members) and Prasad- (employees) These two people born with talent Please give a training to employees who working in ap pci office. That how to give response to who come for work (students) And work planning. Because the people will come from different places, and they will plan accordingly their journey. For a little reasons they are holding persons. First listen the concern/problem of who coming for work to one time solve. And one more thing is they are using Insensitive and informal words to who come for work. Some of people who coming, they have little childrens and have their own problems.

    This government employees doesn't know moral values ethics and culture...... Up to now government does not take any action on this...... They treat students like a dogs which we came for them for our necessary...... In AP they are not responding properly..... Even we produce all the documents.... Which is in under the rules of Pharmacy council no use...... Authorities think about their future and not about students.... Even remaining states its some what easy... But in our andhra Pradesh their is no use....... We produce all the documents and they sending the students back.... Soo for government employees their is no rules..... They don't follow the rules... They tell rules.... 😁😁....higher authoritys please take action on this.... In other country government supports students life... But in our india their is no support for students.......that's the reason why students and job holders going other countries for their growth.... Government please recognize students problems and rectify them.........so many students are coming from long distances which take 15 hrs.... Or more......these pci staff...     My Experience was not bad. We reached the council at 11:00 AM, but my registration was completed at 05:00 PM.I think there is a shortage of Staff at the council. They registering the B Pharmacy Certificates in the morning Session and D Pharmacy Students in the afternoon session. No proper facilities are there. In entrance there is an attender who thinks that he is a boss. He has lack of knowledge. Finally no respect for Pharma students.

    One year ago, I have done my mom's renewal.I uploaded the documents as per the checklist..within 15days we got my mom's renewal certificate.Recently, I have visited APPC for the purpose of my friend's registration. I Observed that many of the students are not uploading the documents as per the checklist even if it was informed prior to all. Some students are not even able to convert their PDF files to jpeg format, I was present at that time. After saying many times also some are not able to upload the documents properly. In this case, staff got frustration and they shouted. Staff are very friendly with me and my friend. We uploaded the documents as per the checklist. I have read some reviews regarding APPC staff, In my opinion the persons whose renewals gets delayed due to issues in uploading their documents have written those all which are very impolite and we all should keep in mind that without your mistakes they will not delay your renewals or registrations. I felt bad by seeing the negative reviews pointing staff members, I think it is not necessary. You have right to tell your opinions but it is bad to point some staff particularly and write as your wish..I request all to think twice before judging people or commenting and giving negative reviews. In my opinion, no graduate does that. My friend's registration was successful without any delays because we uploaded documents as per the checklist.
