Nice railway station ,but cleanliness in not appericiable..

Newly renovated now the junction looks good and there are escalators available at both the sides to climb up to the station to move from one platform to another. There is a lot of traffic near the station as it is connected to the main city in the middle of Ahmedabad and also the main bus stand is near to this. There are buses available to move towards any area in Ahmedabad, buses are available at the gap of some minutes. The main bus stand is available 10 minutes from the Ahmedabad railway station where you can travel to any part of Gujarat and other states. You should be cautious at the railway station because there is a lot traffic even during this covid times. Stay safe stay healthy. Private rest room is available at the platform no. 1 and also the waiting rooms for ac and sleeper room reservations available at the same platform number 1.

Heartily recommended to never book this train. M not satisfied with speed as said it is express. Not find my coach (D2-55) and seat also.nobody to help you find your seat. And too late as per given time.

(1)Ticket counter staff Is Very Bad , Train Information is not Given Properly .And when I went there, none of the staff there was speaking. What was written on the board was being spoken just to collect information. (2)Those who have some difficulty in reading Hindi will have some difficulty there.

Auto owner irritates a lot....very bad station....auto driver starts harrasing passengers from platform.....they take pocket money from new people's....very bad service..

Space is ample Cleanliness is just above average Development work is going on thus it can be said that it will be better in future Hygiene standards are followed and is located in almost the centre of the city Only concern is that there is no escelator or ramp for heavy luggage.

Good in infrastructure but on other side quite clumpsy to identify the location in most cases it took 10 min to find platform 8 .so wierd even educated are taking this much what about this remaining one third population who is uneducated
