DIRTY AND OVER.PRICIED. The room and the washroom were very dirty. The toilet was not flushed by the last guest and was kept the same. The bed was not clean and had hair on it. The service was terrible. I don't know, how this abysmal hotel got a 3-star rating. The amount of money they ask for and the service they provide are completely unfair. A LODGE WOULD BE A BETTER OPTION THAN THIS.

The only good thing about this is its location. I tried to book room for 4 nights without BREAKFAST.But the owner insisted me to take Breakfast and he ensured me to provide any hot breakfast by 7:30 AM. I gave full payment in advance. And what did I find? At the 7:30 Am no any arrangements about my Breakfast. And I had to beg the Bread butter like Beggar even after giving full payment in advance! Again I talked with owner the same issue. And He ensured me again with his sweet talks. And the same happen. Next day I didn't get even the bread butter. The attitude was like " HUMKO JO KRNA HAI,,JITNE BAJE KRNA HAI HUM KRENGE,,APKO JALDI CHAHIYE TO WO AAPKA PROBLEM HAI. HUMARA NAHI. " If so does than BHAI PEHLE HI INSIST NHI KRNA CHAHIYE KI Breakfast mil jayega. One another stange thing that The staff had another key of all rooms and they clean room with their key even when we are not in room.I haven't found such thing any other hotels. Not satisfied.

Good hotel and supportive staff. I had made reservation for company guests. Unfortunately I had to cancel and reach book but the staff being very supportive it happened hassle free and they themselves gave suggestions to do it right. OYO was very helpful in doing so. I was happy with the service and price was reasonable for the amenities they provided. I would certainly consider it again for stay.

This is a small lodge/hotel near IIM Ahmedabad. I happened to stay here as many bigger hotels were fully occupied due to the Vibrant Gujarat summit taking place during that week. As expected, they charged us a whopping Rs.6500/night which is way high for hotels of this scale. Usually the bigger brands like Renessance, Courtyard, Novotel would cost us 2/3rd of this amount. Below are my few observations - Positives 1. Rooms were spacious 2. Service staff was polite, especially in the restaurant 3. Breakfast served was almost same everyday but still, was very good. 4. Support staff was reasonably prompt. 5. They serve dinner in your room as well. Things I did not like - 1. Rooms could be more cleaner. The Sofa and seats were quite dusty. 2. There were cobwebs in few corners of the room 3. They don't give a hotel branded takeaway magnetic card-key. A simple white reusable key which gets deactivated every day. 4. The Lift, corridors and lobby area was very conjusted. 5. Since there is no buffet, you are required to place individual order (ala carte). This works well for families or groups, but not for single Traveller. 6. Though we were told there is laundry service available, there were no laundry bags in the room. 7. The hot water in the bathroom wasn't hot enough. You need it more during winter season. 8. Three out of my four day stay, there was no napkin near the wash basin. Well, the points mentioned above might be too much for a small hotel. But when you charge someone Rs.6500 per night, he would certainly expect much more than a regular lodge.

Good hotel in IIM road. Hotel should improve breakfast buffet menu. Limited options with respect to 400 charged for breakfast in Goibibo booking. Anyways good taste was good. Lot of punjabi option available in kitchen.

This hotel looks a lot more tempting in pictures than it is actually. The rooms have fungus on the ceiling, the wallpaper is torn and there are termites on the wall in some places. The hotel has an extremely small menu for room service, of which also 50% items are unavailable. The service is atrocious. I called up the room service 20inutea before the close time mentioned on the menu and they refused to serve me, stating that the kitchen is closed. On pointing it out, they agreed. The hotel didn’t inform me about breakfast timings and woke me up from my sleep in the morning to inform me 20 mins before it’s closing. I missed breakfast. When I ordered room service, I was given a broken sunny side up with all the yolk splattered around, COLD toast and some terrible tasting tea. Despite mentioning my grievances, I was billed for my food. PS- if you order food from outside, they charge you Rs 20 for a spoon, although they can’t seem to get their own restaurant in order. PLEASE STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!

My family stayed here for 2 days and their experience was pathetic. I am writing this review on their behalf.The room keys were not working at all. They have to take help of the staff again and again for opening it. The bed was too fluffy to sleep on. They got a severe back pain because of it.. The lift was also not working nicely. It stopped a lot of times. Overall they had a bad stay. I do not recommend it to anyone.

My business trip last 6 weeks and I cannot complain about something. All Hotel employees as well as the managers were very friendly, polite and helpful, they supported me as I needed a transfer to the airport, as well as I was in need to do my laundry. Room was always clean, enough Mineral Water was always there, fresh towels ... I enjoyed my stay and can definitely recommend it. Many thanks

Paid for a/c room... and got a room with a Fan. Staff response time is super low. Morning break fast is cold full of Oil. So many more things but I really don't want to talk about them. Just use your brain don't distract with Picture shown by them. Worst experience .

Amazing stay experience. I stayed here for 2 days for business purposes. Clean and hygienic rooms. Uncongested place with nice interior and lightings. Food was little costly, so go for swiggy, zomato or nearby restaurants(suggesting "vaibhav restaurant")

We had our dinner in their Banquet, service was not up to the mark. It was buffet & Soup refilling was greatly delayed. And quality and taste differs when it is refilled

I have stay 1 night but Very bed experience hotel room is avrage not working lock key and many request for room change but not proper response any one not service winter session and hot water not working bathroom I am asking for staff he is says for tomorrow availability but same issue.

Had a chur chur naan, it was really nice experience, food quality is upto the mark, yes it will take some more time for your order but wait is worth. Must try their Onion cheese chur chur naan & Aloo chur chur naan plater.

I booked this hotel by Oyo. Ambience is nice but TV was not in working conditions. The water spilled out from bathroom. The complimentary breakfast was with 2-3 limited option. I didn't get the value to my money. Overall experience was average. Location is good.

Stayed here for a day and had an event in the hotel. The manager taking care of the event setup was super helpful. The best part was that they adapted very well to the unexpected turnout. 5 stars to the hotel staff for being courteous and cooperative Nothing spectacular about the food, but it was edible and had a flavor. The only star that I will dock is for the decor in the room. The fixtures were old and not working, and the room itself felt stuffy with room for improvement on the air conditioning front. Will recommend this purely for the staff who did a fabulous job throughout

I was at this hotel on 21 to 23rd june...got a room for 2 people and total rent was 3000 ... Guys...it's worthy to pay this much... They won't provide u shampoo .. dental kit or shaving kit...just 500ml per day per head mineral water bottle... Even breakfast was limited and taste was average... I would like to recommend hotel silver heights where u can get room through MMT for 2300 2guests inc breakfast per day... Collection o is only worthy if per day rent is only 1.5k..don't pay above this.... Outside online order is allowed in this hotel... Also door of the bedroom was not proper ... And in bathroom there was no handle on the glass door for shower area... Kindly ask me if anyone has doubts abt this hotel...thanks....

Decent hotel. Booked it for me and my parents. Room was good, spacious and in a good condition. Bathroom had leakages. The staff was ok too. They have a restaurant inside the hotel, the food was good as well. Only issue faced was - I had confirmed the rates of extra bed via phone call but the rates were changed when we checked in. Landed up paying 2k extra.

It is surely a nice place to stay. Whenever we travel a good room, good food and comfortable stay @ good tariff is what we are looking for - KRIOS suffices all this. I would describe it as a BUDGET hotel with 5 star facilities. Their service is amazing - they treat you like a king. Very good experience. Breakfast can be improved. They dont give fruits or fresh juice - Options are also limited but overall it is very good.

One of my best experiences of a hotel. The hotel is neat and clean and very well furnished. The facility of hot water is available 24x7. They offered free breakfast in the morning which was a buffet containing food options like sambhar vada, mix veg. Parantha slices, curd, cornflakes with milk, Tea etc. It was great. The room service is at par. I had a wonderful stay there.

Unbelievabe place, on Google it is listed as collection O, at property the sign board displayed as "edition O", on Agoda.com the property named as hotel Krios. From agoda, from Google, from just dial nowhere you can find right number to talk. Horrible. Staff is almost half like illiterate, doesn't things properly. Breakfast got empty at 9am, they didn't judge their existing guest count. Had very bad experience. Rest room was not properly cleaned.
